Received the Jordan 1's with out a problem... Still waiting for Yeezy. I received an email that they were shipped out however the tracking number they provided only says a label was created with Fedex, never picked up from courier. I've been emailing them and yes they have been contacting me back however with some bull about an investigation with the courier. What investigation? Fedex never was in possession of this package. It only shows a label was created via Fedex.com. It was never scanned for pick up... I am beginning to think I am out $330 bucks. To be continued I guess..
I realized I had ordered wrong size Jordan sneakers ($299 plus shipping and tax). I attempted to use their nearly malfunctioning web site to change size within 15 minutes of ordering. When I finally got web page to respond to my request I was informed the seller had already processed the order and it could not be cancelled or changed. I made repeated attempts to get someone at company to help getting exchange but was told no change would be made. I now have a very expensive pair of sneakers of incorrect size. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor (zero) customer service. Don't deal with these scam artists unless you're prepared to get ripped off. It would appear from this company's current review ratings I am not the only customer that has had a similar experience.

Bought Jordan's 35, after one game use, air gel pack cracked. Asked for exchange, instead they told me to sell broken shoes on consignment. Seriously, defective shoes over $200 and they tell me I'm screwed. Nice place.
Had the worst experience with Flight Club and some Michael Jordan tennis shoes. I order the Kelly green & black tennis shoes on 10/30/21 paying with my After pay. After three days I notice I have not received a notification from Flight Club in regards of my order. I emailed them for them to tell me they do not have an order for me. I check with After pay and the did pay for the shoes and had retrieved the first payment. I explained to After pay the check into the situation and got back to me to say that either Flight Club will replace them or refund me. After approximately 5 days I got a email from After Pay with a tracking number. Bye this time I had ordered the shoes again but once I got the tracking number I cancel my second order. Long story short USP stated the shoes was delivered when I got home from work no shoes. I contacted Flight Club and was told the shoes are out for delivery and it can take up to 7-10 days. I sent the message from UPS and they was not even aware the shoes was supposed to have been delivered. I request my money back now they are telling me it will take up to 90 days. Flight Club is a rip off and I wouldn't refer them at all unless you have money to throw away. Why are they still in business or should I say how?
Basically provided a default excuse blaming my order that is now nearly 2 weeks old on the seller not shipping my shoes for verification in the window they were supposed to ship it. No confirmation or communication of the delay until I had to email and chase for an update because this is obviously the practice at Flight Club. I was offered a $13.50 credit as if I would EVER shop at Flight Club again. I don't care if Flight Club has the only shoe I ever wanted in my life and my feet are bleeding from walking through the streets barefoot, they will never get another dime from me again and I will ensure as many sites as I can possibly review this transaction on will also know. Consumers are not supposed to be treated as victims and have to absorb the shortcomings of a vendor that falsely advertises timing for shipping at the time of purchase, but price-gauges to persuade the consumer to pay much more to get their merchandise in a reasonable time frame. Its all false advertisement and a scam backed by a NO CANCELLATION policy that binds the consumer to the transaction forever until Flight Club decides to produce the merchandise. Unacceptable.
Beautiful website/emails, but total fraud. They charge your card immediately, then make the order status "Confirmed" instantly, and then you never hear from them again. I have reached out to their "Support" online, and in other ways to only experience total silence from these people. You never get a "Shipping/Tracking" email... they've taken your money and run. I'm reporting to VISA - they should not be allowed to be a merchant.
This company will rip you off. I suspect any positive reviews is either people working working for the company doing the ripping off or they're paid to write positive reviews. There's no customer service except occasional emails to stall and make you believe they will send what you paid for.
Bought the wrong size and the shoes did not arrive as expected. Customer service was not helpful and disputing the charge now. DO NOT USE THEM.

My wife ordered me a pair of foamposits for $700. All they did was give me the run around about when they would ship them. Then they just started ignoring my emails until I couldn't get in contact with them at all. Do not do business with these scam artist
I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company. The first pair was great! The second pair was great which was the same shoe and I bought them for my best friend's son! The third pair was terrible. The soles fell off on 4 times wearing them and when I wrote them an email explaining they told me that they can help me with telling me how to repair them to sell to someone else to make my money back. Are you kidding me? Why would I want to do the same thing to someone else? What a terrible thing to respond back with. The picture shows what I am trying to do to fix them. I have been trying to get my 400$ air Jordans from flight club/ GOAT they are keeping my shoes in "storage" I can't seem to change my address or find my order in their app. This company is complete $#*! it looks like I just lost 400$
Ordered weeks ago no contact info no tracking messaged them got a generic response still waiting on my shoes come to find out theyre now coming from GOAT. If i wanted to deal with GOAT ida ordered off GOAT. Over priced promised within 7-10 days its all a racket they come from china

This company is basically a bot bully... I placed an order that was not ever able to be canceled; because the five minutes that it took me to discover the error to cancel the order it was so called accepted at 446 am. pleas but when I go to place a customer service complaint they respond not help but respond just outside of the cancellation around 745 8 15... fine change the shoe size please nope they wouldn't do that either so now I'm buying a shoe one and a half times the size I need... they won't cancel the order nor will they change the size. Instead what do they do skip their so called "authentication process" and run not jog or walk run to ups before the payment even clears to send the shoes now the shoes are on their way by 12 noon or so I can now dispute the purchase... sike! I still had to wait for the next day to dispute really! So you just gonna hop out with a crooked eye and debo me into taking the shoes nope I don't think so you got another thing coming flight club just you wait and see.
