I purchased a pair of 8 1/2 Nike Vapormax Pro from here and when I received it, the size was not correct. I have the same shoe in the same size which is how I know the sizing on this pair was incorrect. I wanted to return it and they would not accept my return. I understand they have a no return policy as a consignment shop, but they also have a responsibility to their customers to check the products before selling them.
Flight club is selling fake jordons I couldn't believe it! I thought they was a legit company until I get these knock off jordons!

Bought a pair of gum bottom air forces on 12/13/21. It's not like it's a rare shoe or anything. Total was $145. They sent me FAKE air forces. I could tell the moment I took them out of the box that the weight was SUPER OFF, as I have been buying and wearing air forces, for almost two decades. Wore the shoes once (with crease protectors inside - that work wonders on all my other air forces) they creased like CRAZY, I've never hair air forces crease like this after one time wearing them for a couple of hours. Black glue is melting from several different seams, oh and the laces don't feel like any of the other laces in my other air forces, these are much softer. Finally spent money today on virtual authentication service, and just as I expected, FAKE. Leaving this review now that it's confirmed. Don't bother trying to contact these jokers - dispute the charge with your credit card company as counterfeit goods.
I ordered my son a pair of $150 Air Force 2007's on December 13, and we still haven't got them no call back number no refunds no support line the item still says processing I know they are not coming I know companies and this company is not legit do not order
I placed an order for a pair of AIR MAX PLUS HYPER BLUE 2018 for $319 on 23 DEC 21. The order was cancelled on 27 DEC 21 without any reason provided and the FlightClub email stated: "A warning was sent to the seller". It stated I would receive the refund.
I sent an email to support and was told the Seller cancelled the order and I could just place the order again. I replied "the price increased $430 in 3 days to $750" and stated I would not buy them again for that price. It went back and forth with Mateo L. (Flight Club Support).
I received the refund, but zero accountability with the Seller. The Seller obviously saw the average price drastically increase and cancelled the order to make more money. Flight Club let him get away with this.
I guess i should feel lucky the Support responded to me and issued a refund to my card (based on some of the other reviews I read here).
I have another order that is still confirmed, but not shipped (been 2 weeks) and I think it will end up the same way.
So far i had bought foam runners & they are 100% authentic, i had no problems with delivery, no problems with the shoe & i love them. I had bought the 700s and i just got an email saying it''s being ready to ship. I had check the ratings on flightclub and it's reallll bad, i just hope my sneakers are in a good shape, not fake, and doesnt rub out like the others.
The absolute worst customer service on earth. They are thieves and horrible human beings. Take advantage of people.
So I purchased a pair of Yeezys for my son on 12/07/21.2 weeks later finally get a tracking number tack the package says it's was re routed for some odd reason. Now during this waiting period my account gets hacked 5x in 6 days, multiple purchases made from my account. So I reach out to flightclub to have them remove my payment methods BECAUSE FOR SOME CRAZY REASON WE AS CUSTOMERS CAN ADD OUR PAYMENT METHODS BUT CANT DELETE THEM. So I wait 3 days to get a response because of course they don't have a actual customer service line. So I'm still waiting on my shoes 3 weeks later NO SHOES. So I reach out to flightclub YET AGAIN 2 days later they tell Me the order was re routed back to flight club but I'll be given a full refund if the shoes aren't damaged and I'm the same condition. WELL SEEING HOW I NEVER RECEIVED THE SHOES I DONT KNOW WHY THEY WOULDN'T BE IN GREAT CONDITION. Here it's is12/29/21 and I still have not received my refund. Yes this is by far the worst online company to buy shoes from. They care more about the needs of the resellers than they do the customers.
These Beasts hide their no return policy in today's e-commerce.

Hello, let me start by saying I hope this goes well. My daughter purchased a pair of Cool Grey Jordan 11's, 2021 addition. For $360. She finally received them today. How if the sneakers were authenticated by Flight Club. She received 2 right shoes. This is so unacceptable. I can't get anyone on the phone. So now I have to take a day off to personally go out my way to make sure she have a nice Christmas. I expect that Flight Club will make her happy and whole.
They say they are New York based and if item is ordered it should be received within 5 days. It's been 10 days and it's still in Europe and they don't provide any support number… so so upset at this company and regret ordering my shoes from them. Last time
So there's a fake fight club website out there that's getting people bad…. If your shipment says anything from overseas like Hong Kong or China I would call your credit card or bank immediately and try to cancel …. If your shipment isn't coming FedEx from New York or California you probably got scammed
I paid almost $400 for the new Jordans and the tracking info is from Hong Kong! Stay away from Flight Club!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered some shoes that were to be Christmas gift. Just as I hit the submit order button, I realized I had accidentally entered the wrong email address. Without the correct email address, I had no receipt, no record of the order number, and also no way to track the order. So I scoured the web site for a phone numer--there is not one. I emailed their "support" and got a form letter response that "they were working on the issue" instead of " your order # is... and it has been sent" SOOOO frustrating. I still dont know if they are coming, although the charge went through at my bank. I still don't know if my dauther will get her Christmas gift.
I purchased my first pair of Jordan's with them on 11/24/21 so i can gift to my son for Christmas and they sent me some damaged shoes and did not mention any of this problem on description of shoe when i purchased them. I've been going back and forth with them about getting full refund to my bank account and all they can say is they are still analyzing 2 days after i reach out if no one gets this issue resolve I will be reporting them to the BBB and have them get my money back. This has been the worse experience ever! At this point all I'm asking is for is my money back $300.20 i would not be asking for a refund of the shoes came to me in good conditions like mentioned
I bought some shoes i paid for 3 day shipping per ups they refunded my shipping cost due to not being to deliver on the given time. I also emailed to see if i can change the 10.5 for size 11 no response there either.
Ordered shoes for my niece for Christmas $200. They arrived and are fake as $#*!. No phone number fake address.
