You will be waiting LONG to get your money. They quick to take there own fees off the top but dont send you your money. You have to wait!
It's an American company and I ordered from Canada and got charged a customs fee for half the price of the sneakers themselves since nowhere did it say it was being shipped from Hong Kong. You can't even cancel the order or return the unwanted package. The package has now been returned to sender and I'm asking for a full refund from customer service which I will update on how the process goes. So far, very unimpressed as there are many many better sneaker stores online that aren't as troublesome.
Never recieved my order after 9 days. Order women's dunks, never arrived. Costumer service sucks! Don't buy from this place, emailed 3 times, told me that my shoes would be sent in 3 days and never came! Never buying from this place again.

Sold me replicas with chinese labels all over it and are telling me they are real, not even a sneakerhead and can tell. I contacted them and they were no help the only option was they rob me of my money or I resell on there website. Waiting for them to pull some bll$#*! because I got hella evidence and will bring it to court.
On Sunday feb 13th at 8pm pacific time, i ordered a pair of sneakers from Flight Club online. I read the reviews online after ordering and got concerned about my order- I emailed the company and they responded back every time quickly with the emails. They reassured me my shipment will be perfect when i received it- I just received my shoes today, Feb 18th. They are brand new shoes, and authentic. It only took 5 days from the date I ordered it to get to me- So never believe some reviews you see- there is nothing wrong with the shoes or company- Five star service- will recommend to others
I bought a cycling shoe from Flight Club. As one would know the shoe needs to have a bracket to screw the cleat in. The shoes that were delivered had no brackets to screw the cleat in. This shoe is useless to me. When you try to return they will not answer the phone and they give you the runaround online. I've sent pictures etc. They have bad business practices.
Do not order from this nightmare company! They steal your money and you can't exchange or return anything…The quality is horrendous. This website forced a star, otherwise it would have been no star.
Recently bought a pair of supposedly brand new Jordan 1 High 85 Neutral Grey from Flight Club. When I received them, the extra pair of laces were missing and the shoes had multiple flaws that made them appear inauthentic. There was also no Flight Club tag attached to the sneakers. I contacted the support team for a refund and they refused even after I sent them pictures. They told me to resell the shoes on my own. So basically they want me to sell someone else a questionable pair of shoes instead of them taking responsibility for sending a flawed/inauthentic pair of sneakers to a customer. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Terrible customer service. Charged me for damaged shoes that they themselves sent me pictures of the problem, gave me an option to get refunded or for them to search for other shoes. I chose refund. Well guess who is paying for and receiving damaged goods, regardless of what they said, me. I'm eating money for shoes that are definitely not worth over $100. The flight club does not except returns either. So screw me I guess. Very poor customer service absolute trash business and just a scam to dump off garbage merchandise for outrageous prices. Do not do business with this company if you are smart.
I ordered shoes from this place and they make it seem your getting new shoes, they sent me a picture of some shoes they pulled out somewhere and sent me a picture of them, I replied back I didn't want them and to cancel the order. Well they sent the shoes out anyway which I'm still waiting on them to get here. $150 for a pair of used shoes and I already bought another pair brand new for $120 but they won't cancel the order. Y'all may of got me once but I promise you it will be the last. Buyer beware your not getting new shoes. I'm out $150 because I will not be letting my grandson put his feet in something someone else once wore. Nasty!

I ordered a pair of Nike Vapor Max - $450.00 OG that aren't sold anymore. This is the most that I ever paid for a pair of tennis shoes. I have 12 pairs of Vapormax, but when I put my thin no show sock on to try on the Vapor Max OG tennis shoe's from Flight Club, it looked like my toes were stuffed in the shoe - I wear size 8 all day, but this shoe was not the right size and Nike does not make mistakes. I am so disappointed be cause I went through a 2 week payment plan Company (Affirm). They did investigation and after all the long waiting... I had to keep making payments to them.

Bought Air Jordan to my daughter I received the shoes after2 weeks and its came different size as US and fake shoes from china. When I ask to return the show thy told me final sale I paid $198.
Purchased retro 13 GS court purple. The shoes has many defects. The soles look glued on. The purple isn't the right color, it is dull and should be royal purple. I've been filing complaints since i received then and even reached out to GOAT (since they're merged together) GOAT basically told me if i file multiple complaints for the same issue, then my claim will be pushed yo the bottom…like wtf?!?! I don't understand how anyone allegedly authenticated these shoes with how they look. I'm so pissed. And still haven't heard anything back from them
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... 733 complaints on the BBB... they bait and switched me with Pre School size shoes when I was ordering a mens size 13 Jordan 1s.
They refused to offer me an exchange or refund. I took my complaint to the BBB and they have still refused to honor my purchase. They have a 1.25 / 5 star rating with the BBB.
I also found another 1 star review on another site, from just a few days ago, which appears to be the exact same bait and switch move they pulled on me in the exact same shoe type and size.
If you have been ripped off by this company PLEASE go to the BBB and file a complaint against them. Somehow they have 733 complaints and still have a B rating.
They also operate out of New York, so if you have been taken advantage of you can contact the state attorney generals office. I encourage everyone to do so.

What a nightmare of an online company to deal with. Ordered new Air Jordans, their ‘quality control' identified scuff marks. I looked at photos, saw scuff, wasn't too worried but also saw some kind of pink staining through the grey. Was offered the alternative, a second hand pair for $12 less (err…no thanks). Asked for the order to be cancelled instead. They say no, the sale is final. Long, long wait times for a response to each email exchange. 5 weeks of communications. Added 2 new support tickets to complain about the resolution speed. Was told they'd be ‘added to the first' which kind of defeats the purpose. Lo and behold they found a new pair of the exact same Jordans. Shipped them and (no surprise) they never arrived. Now dealing with their impossibly slow support again AND the UPS claims department. Worst online purchase ever.
I received an email that my sneakers were sold. Upon contacting Flight Club regarding my 283.00 I was never paid for the sneakers which sold on there web site. Company is fraudulent. You receive no response from there support team. STAY AWAY
I purchased the purple and black Jordan 13's that recently released.
I received shoes that were obviously worn. Both shoes were already dressed up, dirty, the suede looked worn and the bottom clearly showed signs of being worn.
I paid for a new pair of shoes, not a used/worn pair of shoes.
