Last January I bought 2 65" Vizio TVs and 2 Xbox's. Well still making payments. Both TVs and 1 box does not work. So on a $2500 RTO (rent to own) or lease I've paid $5800 in the end. Tried calling customer service and good luck. They could not understand me so guessing their CS is a 3rd party not from the USA. All I wanted was to return the TVs so I can have something to watch. Problem is shipping back on a box I don't have for 65" TVs is not easy. I knew right away it was bad business when an unmarked box truck 3rd party delivered it. All I am saying is do not buy electronics from them. So for $5800 spent all I have to show is 1 older Xbox. I'll never use their service again. Please read reviews before you buy from these leasing companies. Sadly I still need a TV. They also will overdraft your account even if you call, ask, and get approved to hold a week on payment. So if you want a weekly nightmare flexshopper is the place. It's not about the money. It's about the defective products.
I ordered a laptop, smart watch and sound bar. I got the laptop and smart watch just fine. Ive been in contact with flex shopper AND ups for 2 MONTHS about the sound bar because it was marked delivered and it never was. I got an email saying im now being billed for all items because I haven't been in touch with them about it. This is absolutely insane and I dont recommend this company to anyone. If something is lost, the have no help for you. I will never be using this company again

I paid off my husband jewelry in advance, they still charged me for a week payment, when I called to pay it off Noone explained to me that I have to make 2 payments before paying it off, just crooks, I wouldn't recommend them to Noone.

Well, my chair came in damaged, it took them weeks to get back to me, then I had my package stolen, and they said I have to still pay for an item that I never got. I would not ever shop here, they take out of your account every week instead of every month you get paid, my account had bounced twice because of them taking out payments that I never agreed to pay every week. I agreed to pay every month. My review is that I am very dissatisfied with this kind of business they are getting over on people.

There are different draft options available from weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly arrangements. Monthly draft modifications require a payment in advance. Your monthly payment is calculated as your weekly payment times 4 or 5 weeks depending on the month.
Example: If you would like to have your payment drafted on the 2nd of every month, you'll have to pay the number of Fridays between the 2nd of the first month, and the 2nd of the next month.

I just ordered 2 things from them. I noticed that people are complaining about the fact that they are paying more for the stuff than what it would cost outright. Well Duh! Unless you have a hard time reading, it gives you a breakdown of how much you are going to be paying before you check out. Stop complaining about something that they tell you about and visually display in letters, number's, and punctuation marks, right there in front of you to read, even before you click through place order button. Dont click "place order" and then b!@%h about the price and write a bad review based on your decision to purchase the d@#n product knowing "profanity" well what the total cost is going to be before you even order it. I'm giving them a 5 just for having to put up with the
"captain obvious has got nothing better to do than complain about something" comments. I don't think that they have a black ops team out there that goes around breaking down doors and forcing people to click place order or else..
Flex shopper is great when you are in a bind and need tires brakes ETC, It's easy and works great... However, make sure you read the contract carefully, there are 13 payments in the 90 days same as the cash weekly option and the balance will equal out to be more than your 90 days not by much but never the less more, it's not right they take extra money when it's not owed. Like I said not much in my case 19.05 but that's lunch for my kid at school for a week.
My wife ordered a mattress and frame years ago. The mattress never shipped yet they kept trying to bill us for it. They would not separate the bill and allow her to simply pay for the frame. After having an impossible time of trying to work things out over the phone she eventually gave up. Flex shopper spent a few months harassing my wife via text about wanting to repo the bed frame, to which she replied go for it we don't particularly care for it anyway. Years later, earlier today, a $500 charge by flex shopper pops up on our bank account somehow. Our bank has refunded and is investigating the charge. Clearly Flex shopper must be financially struggling and looking to fraudulently and illegally collect old debts, that in our case are not even owed as we never received the $300 mattress that we are being charged for... This company is hot garbage.

Horrible customer service. They have no problem taking your money every week but if you encounter any kind of problem they will not help you. I should have known when it took 4 hours and 15 phone calls to even start the program… but I really needed the tires. Now, I've paid them off with their 90 day same as cash option ( even tho they charge you $50 to do so) and they're STILL charging my bank for the weekly payments. Customer service is refusing to help me, saying they aren't charging me? Not worth it, everything to do with this company is a migraine and a half. Save your sanity and don't use this option!

Screen goes blank or gives error when trying to make online payment and put on hold for hours when calling. They dont want anyone to use the early payout so they dont provide a method to make payments.

They are the best! We ordered a tv that was no longer available, they fixed it and we were able to do in store pick up at a local retailer 2 days before Christmas. Can't say thank you enough.

I wish I could give no stars. Paid my account off doing 90 days same as cash. The day before the 90 days was up a payment was due which they processed. I called on day 90 to pay account off. They told me the payment from the day before was not reflecting and I would have to pay the total amount of almost $300, which I did. I was assured I would be refunded the $31 and they refuse to refund me or show me proof of account history. STAY AWAY!

I have used flex shopper since 2016. I have paid off multiple accounts. I have never missed a payment on any and currently have 1 in good standing. I attempted to buy tires, they denied my application. I called their customer service because as I stated I have paid off multiple accounts and never was late or missed a payment. I am told they are not sure why I was declined and have no way to track what went wrong. The agent says she will send a message to someone and see if it can be fixed and couldn't provide a time frame. Needless to say, I have been a loyal, good customer and this is extremely frustrating.

I have used flex shopper to buy tires for years. I have paid off at minimum 5 accounts. I have never missed a payment and suddenly when I apply when I need some new tires on my newer vehicle, they denied my application. I called their customer service because as I stated I have paid off at least 5 accounts and never was late or missed a payment, and I am told they are not sure why I was declined. I made a purchase with this company through an Cash America pawnshop, at first I thought was a good idea, I had to constantly call them to make payments, and was making lump sum payments on a product that cost 800.00 at the pawn shop, as I was about to make my final payment, I made a payment of 100.00 and 2 days later they withdrew a weekly payment x 4 and then 2 more weekly payments 2 days later, and when i called they stated I was behind in my payments and all was owed was 75.00, and then I was told that i just missed paying it off in my 90 days period when I didn't even know there was a 90 day same as cash, for this was not advertised nor mentioned in any of my conversations with their employees, yet, they claimed I still owe an addition 799.99, like is this a joke. How when the 90 day same as cash is not even offered on the flyers they had these people presenting to others. Each time I spoke with someone I've always gotten a balance from them and written it down to keep up with my payments. So the last operator I spoke with was rude and had children yelling in the back, ground and pretty much could not, nor cared not to speak to me about this account, for she had and needed to tend to whatever was going on in the background, for her frustration of yelling at me as if I was her issue, the communication for this company is awful, as a consumer I have never felt so financial raped in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AT ODD HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. These people should not be in business, I could not even get a supervisor of this company on the phone, nor would any of the employees at my request transfer me to one or put them on the line, pretty much just ignored me and said that I have to pay the money. Nor can you get on the apps or website to pay on the account to see any information on the account. Just Bad Business all around.

This company is a rip off. While I do understand they charge interest based off of financing, however it is a rip off. They don't give you the option wether you want them to debit funds from your account either weekly, biweekly or monthkly. They make the choice for you. My issue w/Flexshopper is upon non satisfaction of an item it was successfully returned. CONFIRMATION receipts was sent to them w/tracking from me & the company that received the mercandise, however they hit my bank account not once, but twice 2 weeks in a row still trying to charge me for the merchandise while they confirmed in the email that they received the item... So I'm trying to understand WHY are they still trying to take my money* RIP OFF SCAMMERS******

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
