I had some financial difficulties shortly after using Flex Shopper to have repairs done on my car. My payments got behind and I didn't know how I would ever get caught up. Cynthia worked out a plan to get me caught up and even adjusted it to make sure it wasn't too high for my limited income. I'm really grateful that she took the time to listen and was willing to help. Cynthia is awesome!
Awesome customer service easy to talk to and they fix any problems great company my 4k player stopped working and they made everything right. I have got an xbox one x from them and payed it off in 90 days not once have I been charge extra for anything I now 3 leases with them and still no problems so if you have a problem then dont complain just pay in 90 days they didnt make anyone agree to a lease freewill and impulsive behavior is clearly the problem
I needed help with my account got Gary on the phone from customer service/billing he was so pleasant so helpful with a sense of understanding... I left the call feeling Ok. Blessed that my issue was settled and resolved. I have recommend FlexShopper to my family and friends.

This is a top notch place. Yes by paying per week. Makes the stuff more expensive. But for the credit challenged its a great place to get high quality. I have bought several name brand electronics. And never had a issue. I used flexshopper to buy everyone Christmas presents. And as of tonight i paid them all off. The 90 day same as cash is awesome. Highly recommend this place

I was having a tough time this year. This is the first time that I used Flex Shopper. I am so impressed with their customer service. I explained what was happening and Cynthia.( I think I spelt it right.) Was fantastic understanding the problem. She consulted with her manager and they came up with a solution that was fantastic. It shows me that they have the best customer service that I have ever talked to. I thank them so much for helping me. I can finally get some rest now.

The woman I spoke with in billing tonight was the most friendly, helpful customer service representative I've ever spoken to and that's coming from someone who usually by the time I get past the automated system I'm so frustrated that I hate whoever actually picks up lol
Linda T in customer service was wonderful; however, the billing depart has yet to stop billing me. Linda has done all she can to get the matter situated. Even after not receiving the notification for the package, she has partner with her Supervisor to get the situation handled. Thanks Linda T!

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
