Total sham! If you want to pay triple for something, then by all means, this is your company. You'd be way better off to put the electronics or appliance on a credit card. If you buy $400.00 dollars worth of stuff, expect to pay back $1400. 00. That's around 220% interest, and yes those are real numbers that I have personally experienced. It's a total con! Expect to give a checking account routing number, and for them to take pretty much whatever they want out, whenever they please.
Sometimes you don't have the cash to drop out full price and may have to make payments. This was very convenient for me I will be using them for all my purchases going forward. Plus they have 90 day same as cash, which is helpful. I'm very big on reviews and sometimes you just have to experience things for yourself.
My order somehow didn't go through but my money was drafted from my account. I first called billing and they told me that I had to speak with customer service. Joyce ext. 399 helped me a she did everything to help me, I will be getting a refund and I will be reordering when it clears my bank. Joyce is awesome... THANKS AGAIN JOYCE you are the best...

I'm so pleased with the company they have excellent customer service every time I've called in I've been helped and they've gone above and beyond the lady that helped me today deserves like an award. When I first joined the site it would only allow me to put two things in my car at one time so I have multiple leases equaling quite a bit of money. I was extremely upset she took her time to explain things in detail. Then I had two items that were broken I did return them and I'm hoping to be refunded everything that I paid on them including the $50 fee to start the lease it's only the right thing to do. Overall this company is amazing they have a wonderful variety of selections that you can buy and it's very easy. I read the lease thoroughly and I recommend that you guys do the same. But I promise you when you call and you will get excellent customer service. I highly Recommend them

I needed a mattress and it turns out i could have bought it outright since day one, but wanted to make sure i had cash on hand, i was moving and it was a financial stress. I did the math with flexshopper to get my mattress at a tiny fraction of the cost paid extra, i think maybe $50, and allowing me to make payments of maybe only $47.50 every week. It let me have what i wanted earlier and for a fair price. Their customer service was awesome and im mad grateful they exist.

I would recommend this site to other and have. Payments are easy and flexable. The over after a year or evan if u pay off in 90 days works out to about the same or less then if on a credit card

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
