I ordered a floor Air Conditioner on the 28th of April from the Personal Shopper using Amazon as the supplier. Checking Amazon's website, the item I rented from Flexshopper shows two day delivery and the Flexshopper Customer Service Rep I spoke with says I may not get it until May 22,2020. I don't know how they order from Amazon and I do not understand why the delivery timeframe is so different. If Amazon uses their own delivery personnel I won't be able to track it at all because Amazon uses their own internal tracking numbers for their Customers so I will have to keep calling Flexshopper until I get a delivery date. Very inconvenient!
The rep was excellent. She followed through with a solution. The turn around time with a response was superb.
The site is ok and able to find what I'm looking for. However, the site saves my login but when I select to see an item, I have to log in again. I also get this weird "Internal Server Error" sometimes when I go to my shopping cart. This should be fixed.
It has been our pleasure to do business with this company - the transaction has been fair & honest so as a result I would quickly recommend them to anyone having such a need
Was a joy to begin with and allowed me the time and services I needed due to this Covid-19 pandemic to out right paymy existing debt without loosing out on the 90day pay back option. Dealing with flexshopper was one of the most hassle free experience in purchasing my laptop. All my concerns where answered promptly and properly. The customer representative that I have talked to were Pleasant and polite and some humorous. JB was instrumental in helping me pay off my account. The conversation with him help me realize I was in good standing with flexshopper so I intend to use them again.
I spoke with customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant to talk to he was helpful and knowledgeable and made it easier to work with them. I would definitely give the gentleman I spoke with a 10. I am very pleased with Flexshopper. Thank you Flexshopper.
Placed an order on April 27th, 2020 and said store pick up was an option then after I checked out told me I had to have it shipped. First shipping date I was given was May 4th then the 5th then the 6th, order was still pending after a week so no tracking info available. Called multiple times and spoke to multiple reps and finally was told that I would receive my order between the 7th and the 20th. I asked to cancel my order so I could place an order with a different vendor, still thru flex shopper, and was told I had to wait for the original vendor to email them back even though my order was still pending. My reason I went thru them was for quick delivery and that just didn't happen. Everyone was very polite and professional but absolutely no help or resolution to my issue was given. Just a terrible experience all around and honestly doubt I will order thru them ever again after this.
I have ordered things in the past with no problem, been making weekly payment for 6 months now, So I ordered and coffee maker and after I processed the order realized I ordered the wrong one. I waited till the next morning to call when the customer service was open. She said I will put in a ticket for them to get that cancelled for you. Later that day I got a email stated it was being shipped. I called again she said you can refuse the shipment or get it then ask for a return label. Well in the mean time I went well I will just keep it, called them back before it got here and said I will just keep it. It arrived I opened it right away and it broke,, the plastic grounds basket was broke. So I called again and said I could not use it since its broke and need to return it. She said I will put in a ticket for the damaged return. Well it took 2 weeks for returns to email me and they said they want pictures of the damage, so I emails pics right back. So my point is they rush to sent it same day but they don't care if you can use it or not. There is more, they were taking payments out of my bank account, no problem with that, but I just changed banks they same time the coffee maker came, so the payments that week were not paid, but I made up my mind I will not give new account numbers until they took care of my return. Now as I have said it took two weeks for them to get back to me about my broken coffee maker, but since the payments did not go thru 2 weeks ago,, they call me 3 or 4 times a day. They can call for that but not for a return that you are paying for and cant use. I was a great customer but they ruined that, and I will still not make payments till they take of this return.

I have nothing but good experiences with Flex Shopper. Their phone customer service in each department is some of the best. I cannot say that for the chat line. The chat line is very slow. The products they offer are of good quality. I had to return a product to the vendor and Flex Shopper made the process very easy for me. I recommend them if you are looking for a way to get something you would not otherwise have a way to buy or if you are looking a for a quick way to buy 90 days same as cash.
They made it easy to pay of my product in a timely manner. I will definitely lease another product from them. Great company.
I authorized they withdraw 50 dollars in January today they withdraw 50 plus another one 0f 380 dollars. Never send statements home to let you know how much you still owned them. Total scammer

I purchased a tv for my husband for Father's Day. Never missed a payment (auto draft) loved it everything was great. So I decided in September I was at a point I could get something else. They run a sale in October and I bought my daughter a lap top. For Christmas kind you. I paid over $845 for my daughter to open a computer that don't work. After several calls and several reps that felt bad cause they couldn't help me I'm told I bought it in oct I can get my money back but I can send the computer back. Mind you I only owe a few payments on my t. V so I ask am I gonna get a credit or something, a new computer? She proceeds to tell me ( supervisors plural) tell me they can't guarantee that they would send another they will try and fix this one and if they can't... sorry your FK out of your money. So I say you will not give me another computer or credit me and she says no ma'am I can't guarantee that. So I stop auto draft and I'm not paying these thief's nothing else to they come correct. That is bad business. Look like I told them I bought it put it in the top of my closet till Christmas wrapped it Christmas Eve and bammm broken hearted teen! Y'all are wrong for this I'm a single mom on a budget and y'all pull this shady $#*!. Know I tell everyone! And I'm willing to fill bankruptcy just to show you and tell my side in court! Also it's still in the box and your welcome to it if you credit me my money! In happy customer! Good day!
I've used Flex Shopper a number of times over the past two years, and my experience with them has always been great. When I moved two years ago, Flex shopper allowed me to be able to get some really quality furniture and a new, much needed laptop for grad school. The weekly payments are manageable and reasonable.
Also, their customer service is GREAT! They are extremely attentive and helpful at all stages of the process. You have an actual person to assist you throughout your lease. My account manager, Cynthia, is fantastic.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
