Great option if you're in a bind. We needed work done on the car and didn't have enough money to be able to afford it. Flexshopper helped make it work.
These are some unusual times and of course there are many of us that have experienced some pretty intense financial hardship due to this pandemic. Stressful not only because you don't know what's next but also stressful because of some of the very unkind ruthless calls from bill Collectors that many of us have been and continue to be bombarded with. However when I spoke to a customer representative with Flex Pay, he was very personable and very professional and went above and beyond to find a solution. An actually human... go figure!

So much help had an item shipped defective flexshopper got right on it and handled. The young lady was very proficient and dug right into my problem, got to the vendor and has resolved the problem. Don't go to other leasing companies, go to FlexShopper. Aaron's and other places like that are jokes, when you buy from them it's usually used stuff, the selection is HORRIBLE, and theirs always some kind of catch and fine print. NOT AT FLEX SHOPPER! I literally placed one order in the morning and it was ready for pickup at BEST BUY in a few hours. I'm not being paid or forced to write this review and I'm not sponsored or anything, I just felt like they deserved credit for all they've done for me. I like honest straight forward people. And customer service is FANTASTIC, they really hired some great people. Greg is the rep that I'm currently working with for some personal issues and they are in the top 3 of most understanding and helpful companies. They WILL work with you. I cannot praise Greg enough, I really appreciate all his help and I hope his superiors see this because he deserves a raise for sure! PLEASE if you need to do lease to own purchases GO TO FLEX SHOPPER! You won't regret it!
This company was good and there when I needed the help to repair my car. They in the beginning told me everything about this works and the payments and when is my last day to pay without all the interest and all. I made my last payment today which is during the 90 period and it was easy. The representative was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of good information about the company as well. Thank you for being there when I needed it.
During this global health crisis, I have been left without a job. I explained to Lester my concerns and that I wasnt sure if I would be able to continue my weekly payments. I inquired about a payoff amount because I am so close to paying it off. Lester showed understanding and was very empathetic to my concerns. I will use Flexshopper again.

Perfect customer service I got a call from billing I had missed a payment Saturday so they called to bring it current and since I had him on the phone already I had him process another payment.
Had an issue with the monitor that was sent. Asked to have monitor replaced. Took them 3 wks to respond and only after I had reached out to them again. The lady I spoke with told me I need to return the CPU and monitor. Told her I only wanted to return the monitor, as I am working from home and need to keep the CPU. She told me she would see what she could do. Today, I finally got to speak with a wonderful specialist in the warrantee department who told me they were going to replace my monitor only. She informed me I needed to return the monitor prior to them sending one to me. I totally understand and will do that today. I do not remember her name but she was the most informative specialists I had spoken with within the last month. Tell her thank you for me and she deserves a raise!
FlexShopper customer service has just been a breathe of fresh air. All associates are there to help you in any way and just go out of their way to make the whole experience great.

So I have been unemployed and unable to get unemployment during the pandemic. I contacted flexshopper to hold off my payments, and they said that they could. Since then, I was told to contact them by May 22 to see if I was employed again as my work is opening back up in June. Yet they took out 4 payments, 2 in one day. Yes I got it refunded but if I'm told that my account is on hold, nothing should be taken out in the first place. Tired of having to call 3 times a week to be told that my account is on hold but yet payments are coming out. I don't recommend using flexshopper.

Right now bc of being furloughed from my job and my dog currently at the vet about to get a very serious surgery to save her life from pyrometra I have fallen behind on my payments. He was very nice and make me feel a million times better even after I called and basicly chewed him out... which was just from all the emotions. Again I'm sorry for that. But she really helped me with everything.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
