So far i have had a very good experience with flex shopper, Cynthia has always helped me with any questions or concerns I've had, she' been very friendly and helpful. She worked with me on a payment plan when i had to quarantine due to covid 19 and i really appreciate that! She has always provided great customer service!

Supposebly have credit to buy stuff but I can't buy stuff until they say I can which has been 3 days now I needed my stuff then I need to wait for them to send a order to the store and wait for the store to get it ready if you'd think they'd jump right on it making double the amount but hey screw it

I've been a faithful of Flexshopper for many years now. And the entire process has been great. Whenever I require help, my account manager CYNTHIA is always there for me and if I require my payment to be rolled over to the next month she's always willing to work with me. Which is a BIG help. So thank you once again CYNTHIA for all your continued help.
To sell they are great, but if your purchase arrives damaged, forget it they never respond... but they continue to charge your account... 15 days waiting for the return process and I have nothing yet

Today I called for my payment and I had Cynthia Rodriguez answer my call. She went above and beyond. I'd recommend having her in your time in need. She was very polite and patient with my situation and was able to resolve it all in a split second.
Called to make a change to billing information. Cynthia not only handled the issue professionally but also with care.
Let me start by saying that yes you will obviously pay more for the products you get with Flexshopper but that is the case for those who have poor to bad credit. Rent A Center does the same thing.
Where Flexshopper shines is its model to let you choose what you want. Rent A Center locks you in to only their products.
On the customer service side they are very helpful and friendly. The want to help solve issues if any arise and are very flexible.
If you have bad credit and don't qualify for a credit card, try Flexshopper. They are similar to Rent A Center but offer more flexibility in getting the products you want for poor credit people.

Cynthia Rodriguez took care of my needs in a timely manner and was also very pleasant to talk to. Many people in her position I'm sure don't always get appreciated and I'm sure they get insulted on a regular basis. Cynthia shows that, even if this unfortunate thing has happened to her, this hasn't deterred her from being kind and helpful to the customers.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
