I have used Flex twice so far. Both times I was given wrong information, however, Josh was very helpful amd knowledgeable when I called. It is because of him I used Flex the second time.
I am a newcomer here but I have to say that the customer service surpasses all that I have witnessed since I have become an official online shopper as of January 2020 like a lot of others have become. Greg was the FlexShopper representative that helped me with my order inquiry this morning on October 6th 2020. This man was compassionate, and honest I regard to all of my concerns as a new customer. Friendly and helpful customer service! Helped me out right away. Answered all my questions and helped me out very quickly.
I am very pleased with the customer service Greg gives me from billing. He is absolutely amazing, and because of him, I will be getting more when my stuff gets paid off.
In August 2020 I leased a computer overall was pleased with the product until is stop working. I called them and sent it back, made some calls again and one customer representative help me and help me understand the following up. After some more inquiries other representatives from the company gave me the wrong follow up and answers, again I asked to be speak with the representative that actually finished and most help that I got for my issue thanks to him I got the issue resolved his name is Gregory Roy. You need as a company look into this and help those that made the mistakes. I am very pleased with his help with my problem, thanks.
Order a Apple Watch and the delivery date was the 8th ordered it the same day as the phone and the phone shipped out but not the watch. Now get told the 12th. I guess they don't have them in stocks like they said and now the phone was the first purchase and last. The only thing flexshopper.com knows is to keep customers on hold for 30 minutes
I had to set up my autopay with having cancelled products. Gregory couldn't have gone anymore above and beyond. Understanding and patient. Thank you Gregory and thank you flex shipper.
I spoke with multiple people the last few weeks regarding my refunds from being charged for a cancelled order. I have been transferred to a different department multiple times just to be transferred back to customer service. And have yet to have my issue resolved and still no refunds.
I wanted to know how much my payment balance was and when my end date to pay it expired and the rep was so helpful. I was having a bad morning but he made me laugh with his humorous disposition. I never have issues with flex shopper Everytime I call they are so kind and willing to help. I love this company
I set up an account, ordered a MacBook and it took forever to be sent out. I cancelled the order, but they still sent the item out. I intercepted in transit on UPS.com ( to return to sender). I sent two emails and called multiple times and they are still taking money out of my checking account! Basically stealing my money in so many words! I wouldn't suggest Flex Shopper to anyone.
Customer service representative, Sabrina was referred to me by a close friend. My friend was raving about Sabrina's customer service and I totally agree with everything that she said. Sabrina is an Awesome asset to FlexShopper. She was very thorough, patient, polite and kind. She represents FlexShopper very well!

I talked to Val supervisor at FlexShopper and because of financial hardship caused by the disproportionate allocation of funds and because I am semi-retired where every 4th Wednesday of the month I receive my retirement with the secondary source of income received is every other month; the inconsistency in receiving monies has caused a situation that is beyond my control; both sources of money are inconsistent when received causing issues of falling behind on payments.
Therefore I am behind on the partial payment of $196. Val gave me flexibility in just making the agreed monthly payment of $235 with the partial payment of $196 rendered in the following month since the primary income source is less than the secondary income source of which she said was ok to do -- because they are of course a Flexible Shopper service -- the name says it all.
She provided me sterling service and 5 stars is the result of our mutual discussion. Once the partial is caught up monthly payments rendered will be monthly for $235 as agree this day 23 of September 2020.
Greg was awesome in helping me get my payment information transferred and sorted out. Made sure everything was taken care of!
I have been with Flexshopper since 2020 and they are a decent company. I have paid off a few leases. Until i fell behind because of a job loss. While this is not their issue. But i called to make payment arrangements to get my account caught up. And the reps Georgia and Felicia are extremely rude.! I just asked to make a payment arrangement. So i can take care of the account back current. But apparently they are mad they have to work today. They were rude and wouldnt allow me to get my account back in order. This company is a joke!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! At first I thought this site was great. I ordered a printer and weekly the money is coming out. I then order a computer right after I did I get a call from a friend and they are giving me one. I tried calling not after an hour to cancel and I could not get through at all on the phone. I went to the website and finally got a hold of an agent and he said that could be cancelled but not guartanteed, that I could refuse the package. Well, I called the next day and it was confirmed the computer was cancelled. Guess what I got on Saturday... the computer! I was so mad! I called and wanted it picked up asap... no, of course not. I then spoke to this young lady and she talked to her manager and she said she will have a sticker sent so computer can be sent back. I then cancelled the desk... didn't want anything to do with them. They said it would be all set... well guess what I just got, that is was shipped. I am going to call Fed x and hopefully be able to stop the package in it's tracks. I am going to have to close the checking account I am using so money will not be coming out; which I'm sure it will. I will pay off the computer this week. I would not order from them at all! Like someone said; FRAUD!

Ms. Sabrina K! It's not everyday that customers like myself encounter a Sabrina to help turn around an initial nightmare transaction with extremely long attempts averaging 45 mins+ to speak to a customer service rep. Additionally, my last attempt earlier yesterday consisted of my entire lunch hour (45 mins+ holding & once the agent picked up and I inquired about a store pickup at Office Depot & advised Flex no longer allow store pickup with them, I immediately asked if she was sure because my last purchase was done that way and asked me to hold on while she went to inquire. That agent left me on hold so long I started back over in the phone que & immediately hung up pissed because no resolution after I spent my lunch mainly holding to go thru the wait time again!
Friday evening while on my way home from work I initiated another call this time holding 54 mins before Sabrina K. Came on the line and I started my spill about my experience earlier that day & even within the week before responding saying she apologized for my prior encounters but for me to allow her opportunity to assist to see how she could make a making a difference! Instead of continuing with a disgruntle disposition Sabrina's pleasant voice helped me to calm down & boy am I glad I did because little did I know from that point forward I was gonna receive over & beyond exceptional service and even kept her promise to follow up with me today; exceeding her Friday's level of outstanding customer service & very patient, friendly, kindhearted when another setback occurred! Therefore, to say the least Sabrina K. Hit it out the park with me with her final resolution that words cannot begin to express how grateful & privileged to have been assisted by Sabrina K. Leaving me thanking God in how Sabrina really made my weekend! So please, be sure to give her proper recognition for an exceedingly wonderful experience with Flex!

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
