I have called Flexshopper at least 6 times trying to change my address because I moved over the summer. I have been told to send my ID and bill with my new address to verify the change, to two (2) different email addresses and it has yet to be changed. I even sent the email in realtime as we were on the phone and it has yet to be changed, Why their website does not allow for personal changes is beyond me. Very disappointed in customer service for the fact I have called and live-chatted them numerous times and nothing has been done, I have been a loyal customer for a while and never had a payment issue, but I cannot order anything else until the address is changed.

I wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. And I really needed a printer but didn't want to spend all the money up front due to current events. I ordered October 20th for pick up. Website said should be ready by the 27th. I called on the 30th after no updates. I was told the store received my order to give it a couple days, that the company would email me directly when my order was ready. 2 business days later I was charged the weekly fee but have yet to receive the product I ordered or even an email from the store. I have attempted to call FlexShopper twice since I found out about the charge (on hold now for 40+ minutes). And have not been able to get any answer!
Do not bother trying to make purchase from here. Changed delivery date for my item then told me it may be backordered but were not notified and could not give me tracking number. Not to mention the wait time to speak with a rep.
I would like to thank the young lady, all bit her new to the job was absolutely paramount in helping me solve my issue today, and to thank the manager/supervisor who aided her in making things right. Thanks Flex Shopper team, your faithful customer, William Malloy
I have ordered several things and thousands of dollars worth of stuff over 1.5 years from Flexshopper. I have never had a problem and they have actually allowed me to get stuff that would have been hard to get. As long as you pay on time and/or contact them and such they make things work well. I highly recommend them. And for my latest purchase, its something I have wanted for a long time and finally cause of them I got it! Seriously I truly do recommend Flexshopper!
This is one of the worst companies that I had to deal with! I returned the keyboard promptly since I didn't need it.
Im calling them once a week to understand why my credit card is been charged every week since I shouldn't be. When calling customer service I found them to be rude, careless and don't try to fix the issue. Apparently, they have lost the keyboard and still charging my credit card.
I'm currently on the phone with them, of course on hold for 30 minutes now, to know what's going on.
Don't shop with these people, horrible customer service... you will regret it!

This is the most sneaky and conniving company I have worked with. I called in july to pay on my account. Paid all but $200 was told my customer service I was done with my contract in July. It's now October I'm still paying on it. Customer service lied about my end contract date. If I knew my price would triple after July I would have paid off in may instead of letting payments continue. I called customer service and told I'm the liar. This company is full of crooks. STAY AWAY! Do not deal with them. Use any other company.
Jaime was the up most professional customer serv/ personal shopper I've dealt with yet... An asset to the co. Honestly went above and beyond to make sure I understood my loan agreement and what it entailed. Also my pics weren't clear on my latest order so he collected all the info and was very patient with me and understanding realizing i was a new customer and learning how this works. They give you easy credit buy purchase something, i just buy ipad in best buy only cost $425 including tax, but if you buy from Flexshooper $525 is different $100.00 already, if you lease with them they cost you $1100. 00 like Robbery Company, and also they can take money from your Bank Account every week
Don't be like me and create an account with this "company" without doing your due diligence and research on them... I just learned the hard way. Placed an order 3 times for pickup from Best Buy. They have the item in stock at the store and online. Each time I placed the order for pickup, it would tell me it would be shipped instead of pickup. I keep trying to call customer service to cancel and NOBODY ANSWERS. After doing research online, because nobody will answer my calls, I've learned that they normally can take weeks or months to ship an item, if at all. Read real reviews online (not fake ones they add) and you will see what i'm taking about. Best buy ships items immediately after being ordered when in stock, so Flexshopper doesn't place an order when you do with them, but tells you they do. This is a deceptive sales practice and is illegal. I will be contacting my states attorney generals office.

This place is a scam. Awful company and they use intimidation tactics to get you to pay. I defaulted on my payment from 2016 and they hired a nasty law firm to threaten me. They suck. Don't use them. There are better companies out there.
I'm going to tell you right now unless your in Absolute desperate need of That particular item. Don't buy it when your finally done making payment on your item you would hav payed 150% on the interest rate. For example "Air pods" that cost $250.00/ your payment would be $13.75 a week for a year!, now let's do the math that 48 x $13.75=668! They right and the actual item retails only at $250.00. And it doesn't even include warranty!. So if the item is damaged or broken your Assed out!. You still have to pay it off. NEVER AGAIN!
Bought a camera just before I lost my job because of COVID and they have worked with me the entire time to help me keep it. They have never talked down to me or ever made me feel bad because of my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
From the start of contract I have been on time with my payments. Now they are taking double payments. Customer service are the worst because they say they cant do anything about it.

Ordered tires and fedex lost them or who knows. Took quite awhile on hold but when I finally spoke to the returns agent she was so helpful and friendly and took care of my problem immediately!
I was having issues with my payment schedule and Greg was excellent! He was helpful and patient. He got my account right!
I saw this website on a youtube ad and decided to give it a try after some research. Most of the reviews are good and I'm trying to build credit so I thought what the heck lets give it a try. I got an apple watch and and Ipad because I'm starting school and need something travel friendly. My apple watch got here quick, but my ipad hasn't even sent me the tracking number or that it had even sent. I emailed them and no reply. So I decided to give them a call I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES! When the man answered he sounded tired like he had been asleep and just woke up. We didn't even talk for 2 minutes before he told me that my ipad should be here on the 13th and that it was being sent from best buy which it was originally from amazon which had a deal attached to it because they are cheaper on amazon I hope my price doesn't rise. If it does I will write another bad review and also if I don't get my ipad on the 13th. I am manly mad at how long I was on hold for that is ridiculous no one has time to sit on the phone for an hour and a half.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
