I ordered two 4K TV's on accident and reached out to customer support. Due to high call volume I saved my place in line and went about my day. I received a callback within 10-15mins and the orders were cancelled in no time. I've had no issue with the company. I cannot recall the males name who helped me but he cancelled the Vizio's in a flash.
I have a 712 fico score and a good income and they denied me. Laughable. I'd love to know what their requirements are for approval. Seems a bit excessive.
Tried to pay after I fell behind due to income lost. Representatives we're no help. Next thing I know it's in my credit. WHEN I WOULD HAVE PAID IT OFF!
I've stayed on hold for 58 minutes to speak to a Supervisor that never came on the phone. They won't work with customers during this Pandemic & Tuff times people are facing. If you don't payoff the payoff amount due by the 90 day's you will be paying twice or triple the amount of the item purchased! It seems like they all have the same attitude!
I love Flexshopper, but I think what makes them great is the employees they hire. I just got of the phone with Cynthia she made me feel special like I was the most important person she would help today. I wish every company was like Flexshopper.
I've had a really bad experience with this website, you can't get through to stuff that should be easy to get too, you don't get any freedom of your account at all. I cancelled an order and they continued to bill me for it. Calling them now and the lady obviously doesn't know what she's doing so she sent me to customer service. Been on hold for 30 mins now.

I actually considered Uninstalling and deleting my account regardless of the good deals you can actually get on the platform. The verification and anything you do after the initial application is quite a mess. Had to call customer service and have them explain the different services they offered to me and how they actually worked because their FAQ section is useless. The asking grace for this company was Ivan. The fifth representative I called. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly he actually confirmed several times that everything was the way it should be. If they over fix their platform and do full Android integration, not that hard plenty of companies will do this for you for so cheap, and get rid of some software bugs the average person would use this service for their primary means of shopping for big ticket items, not just whims. To reiterate, the one person changed my review from an account deletion to full on happy. Thank you. Also he was the only one to offer a survey email, and for good reason.
I called Flexshopper because I can't use my credit cards while buying a house. The lady I spoke with named Kimberly was amazing! She was so kind, informative and patient, I just love this company. I am so grateful and a big Flexshopper fan. Thank you Kimberly and thank you Flexshopper!

Order a freeman nailer, stapler. They tell me it was delivered. Never did receive the product. But they still trying to make me pay for. So they are basically calling me a Liar.
My package got lost so I emailed the appropriate department to start a ticket, three emails and I never heard back. Over a week went by ups couldn't do anything as they didn't know where the package was so I called flexshopper. The rep on the phone was great and walked me through and said it could take up to three weeks to get it resolved(replacement).
Five weeks go by and they took two payments even though the item was sent back and cancelled once it was finally found. I called and they had to confirm the item was in fact not in my position for the 22nd time and said it will be another week before they refund any money. No explanation on why it's taken so long and why this hasn't already been confirmed!
Cynthia was awesome with answering my questions to better help me understand the terms. If this is how all of their employees are then they have my business for a long time.
This is the way to make a purchase! It fits my budget, you can pay off early with no interest, and Cynthia was amazing to work with. I am extremely pleased and will always make a big purchase this way instead of using my credit card.
FlexxShopper is legit cool. They work with if you on payments. Set payments that fit well with finances. 90 same as cash gives you time to pay before all the fees but. Good thing to have during these trying pandemic times.
FlexShopper is a really good financial tool that provides the latest technology, home furnishings, jewelry, and appliances.
They will listen to you. The service department is very good and they have agents that are there to help you as needed.
Here is what I went through with these people,
Computer Warranties, are not even a subject as they claim the computers are Brand New and the Monitors are Refurbished, as far as Registering your device you click on the Registration window and your information, is Automatically placed, after putting in your personnel information you click register device, the damn thing with not register, says the number input does not match their records even if you put them in manually, My opinion is that this company is a fly by the night outfit, with Technicians that do not know what they are doing, I suggest you all go somewhere, Stop Auto revolve so they cannot charge you for junk products I have read many reviews, it is sad this company is living a lie, I challenge them all, and I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Becareful of Scams, these people are damn good at getting your money, and leave you with Junk..
Be careful with this company. I was approved for a certain amount, once I put the item in my cart and went to check out, I had to reapply. This time I was denied, no one could tell me why or what happened to the credit I was approved for. Give and take it away...

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
