With the holiday crunch, my orders weren't properly tracked and I had cancelled an order, but it still showed up! So I ended up with two items. I spoke with multiple people at Flexshopper and the experience was friendly but not very helpful. Until I spoke with Sammy. She was great and really took care to make notes, follow-up and make things right. She is the reason I am writing this review.
As for me, I'm an executive that operates and runs multiple companies. I'm fairly busy so the fact that I'm writing this review says Sammy did an amazing job! Flexshopper itself could improve in some ways but it's also the holidays during 2020 so grace needs to be given.
I am a customer of FlexShopper on the retail side, so we do a lot of business with them and recommend their services to our customers whenever is appropriate.
They are usually very fast (within 20 minutes, everything gets through), and it's very simple and accessible for our customers.
However, for the first time that I've experienced, we ran into a delay with their app that ended up being a 1-2 DAY ordeal.
But all hope was not lost, because within 5-10 minutes, IF that, of having Karen on the phone, my problem was solved, and my customers were as happy and grateful as I am.
Karen was professional, personal, and polite.
If every customer service/sales representative I spoke to was as helpful and easy to deal with as she was, the world would be a better, more efficient place.
She did more than just a good job at what she does. It felt like she actually cares about the people on the other end of the phone.
I hope if I ever again run into a problem I can't solve on my own, I get the pleasure of her being the one to assist me.

I have used Flexshopper for several years now. Up until this year, I never had a problem. I ordered an Apple ipad for my 9 yr. Old on 12/1/2020 and never received it. I called and was told to resubmit the order on 12/8/2020. Again no ipad was delivered. Tried to do a live chat several times with no luck. Called again and was on hold for 2 hrs on 12/18/2020. I was informed my order got stuck in the system between flexshopper and the vendor. I was told a manager pushed the order through. Christmas day no ipad. I am a single mother who can not afford to pay cash for something this expensive and that is why I use flexshopper. Very disappointed in them this year! Today is 12/28 still no ipad and all customer service will tell me is that the vendor still has not shipped it! SAD!
My Experience was great. The rep (LINDA T/ RETURNS DEPARTMENT) I spoke with was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would love to handle my flexshopper affairs with this rep every call.
Cynthia provided excellent Customer Service to me and my family today. Her professionalism and customer service skills was phenomenal. It's was a pleasure to work with her.

Ordered a mattress on 11/30 at no point did the website say the 3rd party US mattress manufactures once ordered. Normally they have stock in warehouses. So now it's 12/21 and still no answers where the mattress is and or if it was manufactured yet. I keep getting the run around it's in professional.

I ordered a Oculus 2 Advanced Virtual Reality Headset from FlexShopper and have been trying to return the product for a month since I received it. I've sent several emails in regards to the return but they still have given me no return information but continuously take money from my account. They only responded twice saying they will get to me with return information, but they still have not. If you ever think you'll return a product, don't order from FlexShopper.
Order some items, called, and requested a return. They told me they would not charge me, but did. I had to request the return 3 times before it was done and was told I would not get a refund bc I didn't request the return in time. I requested the return 4 days after I received the items. Their rep did not do her job. A worthless company with worthless customer service with nothing but excuses as to why they don't do their jobs.
****Warning Warning***** Stay away from this site. I ordered a table and chairs. I got the chairs but not the table. They started billing me the very next week. The table is sitting in transit with UPS. They tell me I have to call UPS to see start a claim. No you all used a 3rd party to send the table that is your job not mines. For the last 3 weeks I have called FlexShopper everyday, you sit on hold for hours. Then you get someone on the phone that tells you this is what they are going to do and never follow through. But you all are still billing me for something I don't have. CANCEL THIS CRAP!. I will never use them again. It is not worth the headache.
I recieved the wrong Item in November. I immediately called so they can put a stop payment on my account until I could return this and either cancel the account or exchange it for the correct one, I was told they seen the notes in my account due to the complaint and they would refund me however that has not happened and I've been given the runaround and transferred a couple of times where I've had to sit on hold close to an hour until I hung up this is completely ridiculous I hope nobody uses this company. I still have gotten no help.
They declined me but it says don't against credit and don't use credit that's a lie what a crock...
I bought a generator from Flex Shopper and it does not run they are making me send it back beware of this company they will screw you
I stayed on hold forever only to be hung up on when I stated that they were taking money out of checking account without my consent. I called back and they "helped" me by stating there was nothing they could tell me or help me with that I would have to take it up with my bank. I did and got the charges reversed only to have more money taken out the following week. I called back again only to be in hold for an ungodly amount of time... no one ever answered my call. I left my# so they could call me back. They finally called back hours later but I had stepped away from my phone so the whole thing stared all over again. They are taking my money and I can't get anyone to fix it for me.
Excellent company and Excellent customer service! Jaime Pajaro is the kindest most patient and helpful customer service representative that i have had the pleasure of working with in a long time. I had a personal shopper order that changed shipping dates till after Christmas and Jamie was able to help assist me with finding another similar product that would arrive before Christmas and really did save Christmas for my little boy and he did it with kindness and patience and didn't hesitate to help me and really went above a beyond. Please Flexshopper recognize his generosity and excellent service he deserves it!

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
