A few months back I ordered a laptop. Great, everything went smoothly. Paid it off at my 90 day mark so I didn't have to pay all that interest. So I was happy, got my laptop, didn't pay triple the price for etc etc etc... that takes me to today. Ordered a second time this time I order a cordless tool set made by dewalt... I happened to order it in the middle of December so I really want expecting it by Christmas. After the first week in January when I still haven't recieved item but money was being taken from my account, I call. Come to find out they had a tracking number which states that the item was delivered on 12/24th at 9:15 am... well I was home, I have 2 dogs that let me know if a branch falls in my yard... needless to say I DID NOT AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY TOOL SET. After calling flexshopoef on numerous occasions now and being told an email was sent to me(which I also never recieved) they say I need to make a claim with FedEx... reason for this post is people BEWARE... I CAN'T FATHOM THAT THESE ITEMS DON'T HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR, HAD I KNOWN THAT EARLIER I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED... I don't know what the outcome of this will be but what I do know is I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED...
I had an agent name emilia and she was super helpful I have always loved flexshopper they are 20 times better then rent a center and aarons. They always have good deals.
I worked with Cynthia on a billing issue, on a rough day. She was so friendly and fast and very helpful. Her professionalism was refreshing in these difficult times. Well done i'd totally recommend flex!
Avoid this company at all costs. Refurbished phones are not refurbished. They are used and never checked. One I received was iCloud locked, one broken speaker, one broken home button. Avoid avoid avoid. I had to call and return my last 2 items with them.
I GOT A REFURBISHED IPAD, AND I NO LONGER NEED IT because my school online classes are a lot easier to do on a laptop. The ipad won't allow me to check my homework and grades. So I called the first time about 5 weeks ago, and I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES AFTER THE FIRST TIME. CONSISTING OF ONCE A WEEK SINCE THE INITIAL CALL! YES I said I have called 5 times and every single time I have been told that they will email me with return instructions in 24-48 hours. ONLY THEY NEVER HAVE EMAILED ME THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. SO I AM NOT HAPPY AND WOULDN'T SUGGEST FLEX SHOPPER TO ANYONE. They say the calls are recorded so I know they can go back and check but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a pay monthly/or weekly company.
The young lady I talked to on the phone was very good I hope she gets credit for this review good job
They take out more than what you owe. Even on the second week when that was suppost to be a free week with promo. And I still got charged. 3 payments in 2 weeks when it should of only been one payment. They are trying to say I dont get a refund for the money they owe me.

Flexshopper is the most horrible company. They sent me a defect item and I did report it to them MULTIPLE times thru email and the phone. They said they would not take the money out of my account but they have been taking it out every month even though I do not have a working item. Flexshopper is a rip-off.
I ordered from their site back in Aug of 2020, I havent been able to see my account and payment history, they want you to call, months and months their site is being updated and now I cant even get into the site, saying I'm not allowed but they have no issue with taking the funds out my account every week. Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I've been a customer for at least 5 years and never had any issues until the week of 1/6/21. The rep. I've been dealing was not on point taking care of my account. But after speaking to Elsie Supervisor in billing all my concerns was handled and account was corrected. I have no doubt that whenever I have any questions I will ask for her. Customer service skills and her personality is beyond expectation. I really enjoyed the conversation we had during the time I spoke with her will fixing the mistakes someone else made.
The agent on the phone was super friendly and welcoming(which is becoming rare in customer service ironically!) She completed my transition efficiency and gave me valuable information regarding my account! She is a credit to your company!
Talked on the phone with agent, Jules, about an account issue and he solved my problem right away! My available balance showed correctly, but when I put something in the cart it showed incorrectly. The problem was Safari browser. He instructed me to change from Safari browser to Chrome browser then it showed and allowed for checkout correctly just by changing browsers. Great job with customer service in a friendly, helpful, accurate and prompt manner, Jules!
Lexei was nice, emphatic, paid attention to every detail & resolved my concerns in a timely manner. Speaking to her made my day & reminded me of why Flexshopper is one of the best at what they do. We need more dedicated Customer Service Reps like Lexei!
When i needed it the most flex shopper was there it is truly a blessing to all those with not so good credit... As for their customers service it is super my account manager Cynthia was a beautiful personality with an understanding nature they really are there to help people flex shopper keep doing what your doing my experience so far was wonderful and i hope to continue to use them... P.S. Thank you to the creators of this wonderful software.

I decided to give FlexShopper a try rather than putting my tires on a credit card. Overall, applying was easy and FlexShopper was responsive to phone calls etc. Rather than pay out over 12 months I decided to do the 90 day payoff. Three weeks prior to payoff date I called to find out the 90 day payoff amount. I was told $635. However, when the day came to pay it off I was told it would be $811. When I told the representative what I had been told 3 weeks prior, she told me there was no record of that call. There was a record of every other call though. This is unfortunate and will prevent me from using FlexShopper in the future.
The representatives were awesome the end of my problems quickly and gave me a future way of handling the problems much easier

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
