I judge a store not by what service they give up front, but by how they treat you when you have something to return. Fleetwood Digital did well on both counts. I would buy from them again.

I ordered UV5R: a nice dualband radio which is great value for money. Radio was shipped the next day. I have been getting email updates about order details and shipping information.

Ordering and paying was painless. I ordered 2 Keychain UHF radios to use while doing tower work and just as an "Amateur Radio" conversation starter. Once ordered, Fleetwood told me they had received the order, told me when it shipped and provided tracking information which was 100% accurate. I received my items when expected. I will purchase from them again. Soon.

Asked online for a product to meet my needs, got a speedy response, asked some questions, got my answers. Purchased product, on sale too, received in short time. Asked more questions and received speedy answers. Wish dealing with all companies was this straightforward.

On the Fleetwooddp.com website, I found the telescopic antenna I wanted. They back-ordered it and phoned me when it arrived. I picked it up and paid for it.

HT went down and I needed a temporary replacement quickly. I placed the order and had the unit up and working in a matter of days.

Prompt delivery (approx. 1 week) was appreciated. Had tried to purchase online from vendor based in China but was advised delivery could take more than a month. Arrived in good condition.

Great Experience! Only place in the country I could find the radio I wanted! Only complaint was that they seemed to ignore my pre-sales inquiry email before I bought; almost a month has passed and no reply!

I had made my first purchase for a radio but it turn out that they didn't have the specific radio that I wanted and refunded me my payment without a problem and Bill was very good to deal with. I will be dealing with Fleetwood Digital in the near future. Thanks Bill.
