I purchased a hand held radio from another company but while vacationing in Canada I require parts for my radio which I was able to get from Fleetwood Digital. The parts were needed so that I could add canadian ham radio frequencies to the radio. I received the parts this morning so don't have them installed yet, but they appear to be the right ones. Thanks for the quick service.

Ordering was easy. Packaging excellent. Product as specified. My only question:
When charging with the battery attached to the radio the green charge light does not appear. If charging just the battery it does show the green light.
