Radio works good software on line stumped me for a bit but I figured it out good little radio for the money

The new board was great And fixed my squelch issue. And the customer service was amazing. I asked several questions and got answered very quickly. The board was drop in and turn on.

As titled... fast and efficient. Was looking for some Baofeng uv 5r's locally, and Fleetwood were my guys. Shipping verification was sent first thing in the AM, and my radios were delivered within a few days. Even had updates sent via Messenger. Nicely done. Thanks.

Affter purchasing online I was contacted and told that he could ship the items for the same price as if I picked up. In the end I even got a bit of a refund. Easy to deal with and very fair prices.

Wonderful pre-sales experience. Really appreciate the time spent with me. After sales not quite what it should have been. No shipping info, no tracking number so no idea when they would come. Radios not configured for local repeaters (contrary to the web site) but otherwise everything included as it should have been. BTW, the wouxun software is atrocious!

I looked for a long time for the SMA Female Antenna Socket (Japanese Style), and was about to give up, that's when I stumbled across Fleetwood Digital. They not only had the correct part but for a great price; I ended up ordering 3 of them.

Nothing special - emails answered very promptly & I have been kept informed of the status of my order. They were not able to ship immediately, as the item was temporarily out of stock.
