If the quik reference had larger print so one could read it without a magnifying glass it would be great.
My husband has not been able to get the radio to work properly. He says the charger module is not working. He has measured the voltage from the radio battery and from the charger plug and it is low; supposed to have 7 volts but only has 1.5.
Can he return it? What is the best way?

The cable is of good quality. I could not get it to work on Windows VISTA as the driver from Silicon Labs seem to install but is not recognized by VISTA.
It did install fine on Windows-10 and worked flawless with the CHIRP software on both my Boafeng and Wouxun radios. Had to cut some rubber off the edge of the connector to make it fit all the way in on the Boafeng radio.

Just purchased a couple of items. I haven't tested them out yet, but the service was courteous with quick delivery.
The week before Xmas 2017 I was able to order and receive a mag mount UHF/VHF antenna for use on a road trip I was going on in a few days and have it with a day to spare before leaving. Will order from them again.

My latest shopping experience went very will with Fleetwood Digital. Site and payment pages went smoothly. Later follow-up with staff were curious, to the point and came to a satisfactory conclusion.
I was very satisfied with the experience of buying on-line from Fleetwood Digital. The company kept me well informed on the status of my order via email. The only tiny negative (and it didn't really have anything to do with Fleetwood) was with Canada Post -- I thought expedited package delivery which cost more than the simple "wait & see if it gets here" service should have gotten the package to us a little earlier. We pickup at a semi-rural community post box, so maybe that was it.

Needed a part I couldn't find and I don't know details myself but was helped by Fleetwood and hopefully have the right part.
I was looking for a really good price on a scanner and found it at Fleetwood Digital, so I went ahead and ordered. I found that Fleetwood Digital has one of the best online ordering systems I've ever seen... even easier to use than the mighty Amazon. They also sent me emails with all my shipping reports so I knew exactly when my scanner would be arriving. Post-purchase Bill very kindly advised me about some accessories, demonstrating his keenness to provide good quality customer support. I could hardly be more pleased.
I bought a "Nifty" Icom IC-7200 mini manual from Fleetwood Digital. I can't even find anyone selling it here in the UK let alone at the price offered. Then the postage was so inexpensive that it became a no-brainer. The cherry on the top was receipt in five days door to door from Canada. Based on this transaction including the personal follow up communication, I whole-heartedly recommend Fleetwood Digital.
E-mailed to ask about an out-of-stock item and immediately (on a Sunday afternoon!) got a personal response discussing my needs and offering a personal recommendation for an alternative. Which I ordered, and which has come, and which is perfect. Thanks!
This radio is the first purchase I have made from Fleetwood Digital and I have been impressed with both the product and the service.
The radio arrived quickly and was fully charged, I was up and listening immediately. The UV-5R is currently the most affordable "entry level" ham radio available and I am impressed with it's ease of use and it's range. After watching two youtube videos I was confidently manually programming, scanning, and having fun. I can make use of a repeater that is ~70km away with the stock antenna, the battery life is long, and the included earpiece is uncomfortable but adequate.
Staff@ Fleetwood Digital are very knowledgeable and responded to my inquiries quickly. I will definitely be purchasing my future radios from them as well.
