Site was set up decently, fairly easy to navigate. Will be making future purchases. Have several baofeng uv5r, need to ditch the rubber duck antennas soon. Just got my technician license and more than ready to get started

I had a couple questions, so I used the on-line chat feature. Bill, the store owner was very quick to answer, and very knowledgeable; doesn't mind taking the time to make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
The information on the tri-fold card is useful, easy to read, and the card is nicely compact. My only complaint is with the thin lamination, the way it was cut, and the lack of care taken to fold the card.
The thin lamination makes the card feel a little cheaper than I'd like, as it's a card that lives in my go bag, and gets used. It feels like it won't hold up. Time will tell.
The card was obviously a larger sheet, and then cut to size - meaning that the edges are not sealed. If moisture gets the edge of the card, it will likely whick into the paper under the laminate, making a mess.
Lastly, and I'm probably nit-picking here, but when they folded the card prior to sending it, they didn't fold it straight. A small detail, but it speaks to a lack of care. Kinda bugged me.
Bottom line: I would still recommend these to radio owners. Good product regardless, just could use a little extra love. ;)

This was my first time ordering online from Fleetwood Digital. I purchased a BaoFeng UV-5R portable HAMN radio. Their price was lower than other reputable Canadian vendors. I chose express post which promises delivery within 3 business days. I ordered on a Wednesday night and my order was delivered from British Columbia to Toronto by the following Monday afternoon. I also received several email update messages between the time I placed my order and the time it was delivered. This is great service if this is their normal way of doing business.
Great prices, inexpensive and very fast shipping, and excellent after - sales service and support. Bill really knows his stuff and is happy to share. I usually expect to pay extra when I need advice and information, but the prices were very competitive and the service was free! Will definitely recommend to others.
