I received all that I had ordered and it arrived before the estimated arrival date. I didn't have any reason to call customer service so I can't comment on that.
Fast shipping, lowest prices around, and still a local business to me. It'd be nice if I could come in person to shop (I live 5 minutes from Fleetwood), but the shipping is cheap and fast either way, and I will be coming back to buy all my other radio equipment in the future.
Seller cancelled the order stating that the advertising clarified he does not ship to PR. It was corrrect but he acted with poor customer care. Little flexible seller. Never offered me to pay for shipping costs.

The best on-line retailer on the face of the earth! Not only a great guy, Bill bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. Goes to local swap meets, when all the other retails won't bother. Always an interesting line of Asian products in his inventory and if you are looking for something unique, he'll try and find it. No one comes close to level of service from Fleetwood Digital.

Ordered on the Monday arrived on Friday. Radio seems to receive really well. I listened to the local net on a repeater that is between 29 and 30 km away. I did not check in as I didn't have the radio programed yet. This was with the rubber ducky right out of the box. Fleetwood Digital sent updates on the delivery and let me know on the Friday that it was out for delivery. I don't think I would ever consider buying from China. If I have a problem I'm sure Fleetwood will look after it if I buy from them.
