I sent over five emails to the refund department and over a month's waiting period, and still no action.

Apart from losers that have failed to meet any reasonable quality criteria and are now venting their anger over here, the platform is broken in many ways and often ends up being a waste of time for both sides.

A successful conclusion is the exception!

They ask for a brief and still cant get anything close. A lot of money for rubbish and I am sure the designer is getting very little for their effort. Be wise and use someone local. What a waste of our money.

Beware Fiverr filter out the worst reviews!

I had a terrible experience, was presented with Plagiarised content! I cancelled the gig and wanted to write a bad review to warn others about the seller, only to be told by Fiverr, if you cancel a gig you cannot leave a review!

So basically, those who would give low reviews are NOT ALLOWED TO!

This is obviously a way Fiverr attempt to improve their sellers reviews.

Fiver is most terrible and abusive platforn I ever seen, there is literally no way to even pay them, their payment provider accepts no cards I tried 6 CREDIT CARDS, I asked what cards can be used, but they blocked me from communication.

The worst website. I was reported to the school because I did not place my order. They risked my school career. I was accused of attempt to cheat. This seller victorialane1 sent a screenshot of my messages to the school I attend to. Be carful of this website please!

Went to fiverr site to get my product promoted, when i got the results i found the seller had missed some of the expected ad placement locations that they advertised on via their gig page.

We couldn't resolve it so fiverr refunded me. The next day i got an email saying "Your account has been flagged for either offering or requesting a prohibited service as defined by our Community Standards." and was given a warning. I contacted them but they refused to tell me what for, or even look into it and said "it just detects automatically".

I ordered a service on the 25th with preciousjanet for a 10-15 page paper that was due tonight 27th at 11:59 pm. They were keeping in contact with me and telling me different times it would be finished throughout the 2 days they had to do it, they were very dishonest. They kept telling me they were working on it but when I told them the time zone I was in again they canceled the order on me 4 hours before it is due. They have set me behind in submitting my assignment on time and put me in jeopardy of not graduating. I got scammed by them and am very upset with everything that happened!

Stay away from seller Sasha_devine - she promised to create a unique cartoon logo for my business but instead sold me a direct copy of someone else's design that is readily available on a Google search. Very shady. Charged me 50% up front and I am having a hard time getting this back from Fiverr. Instead they are offering me a "credit" for future use but I will never use Fiverr again... Sasha said it took her 5 days to "draw" the "Jacked" logo, when it is a copy of the American Bully logo avail online...

He was so polite and communicated very well and went above and beyond! I'll definitely be using him again and will be referring him to many of my friends! Very pleased with my final product. My family and I are thankful.

Fiverr customer service is a joke. They are literally the worst company I have ever worked with. I had a freelancer build me a store(website) which looked great, however there were many things I wanted to change on my own as their first language was not English. When I got into my store to edit some things, I could not edit it. Fiverr literally flagged my account and my boyfriends account because I let him use my card to make a purchase on his own account due to his card not working, which put all my messages on restriction to anyone on Fiverr including the person I bought from. I approved the store and now that I need more assistance, I can't contact the seller to get assistance although I paid for UNLIMITED REVISIONS. I am locked out for something so stupid. Aside from the errors on my site that need to be fixed and cannot be fixed without the seller's help, my products will not add to my Facebook shop so I can actually make money?! This is beyond ridiculous and now I'm basically out of packet nearly $500 unless I figure something out on my own because Fiverr customer service claims they can't do anything since my account has been flagged. Complete scam artist of a company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

As a buyer, my most concerning factor prior to making any commissioned purchase would be to ensure all my requirements are satisfied. Sellers are easily frustrated with just couple of assuring questions.

You can see in the 1st photo the provider is asking for money upfront for work that has already been done in the scope of the project. In the second photo you can see the provider admitting he was slow doing the work.

This company is a $#*! scam hole. If you are a buyer or seller for many years they BAN you for no reason and take your money and do not pay you out.

Most use black hat SEO tactics and services that are know to ban you on Google such as AI writing, spam links and other useless $#*!. Either that or you are paying people to LEARN because they do not know what they are doing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT
The customer service is a joke. You contact them and they simply repeat your question back to you like the infant child they are. They do not help you even if you been on the platform for several years. You get "randomly flagged" for safety but it is all a ploy to collect your data to keep ripping you off and exploit you.

AVOID AS SELLER
Too many people too weed out that are either looking for cheap Indian labour for $5 for 5 hours of work or looking scam you by getting you to do work for free.

Fiverr customer service officers do not support sellers in any ways at all! Never waste your time and degrade yourself as a seller there. They believe the buyer without concerning themselves with the actual truth. Please think thrice if you are planning to sell your service there.

Buyer can walk away with the free copy of your work when the order is cancelled which is exactly what happened to me. Buyers can ask for extra work or change to a brand new piece of work without paying extra fees, and when you refuse, the buyer either leaves a bad review or request the resolution Centre to cancel the order, quoting that you are not qualified to do his work and the officer will just go ahead and cancel the order on his behalf.

I ordered these services on Feb 17,2022, and it is now April 3,2022. I received 50 comments, and I'm not sure they even came from this order. I received no traffic, and my search engine ranking is worse than before I placed the order. In fact, my site was listed Ezoic ad network, and because they said the traffic coming to my website was low quality, and bot traffic they kicked me off their ad network and demonetized my website which I was making $75.00 per month. So, not only did I get cheated on the service, but I also lost $900.00 a year on sales. This is the 3rd gig I've tried on Fiverr, and all three times I was cheated. I personally do not recommend using Fiverr for anything. I know I will never use them ever again.

While the concept is great and I hope a US company will copy this and create more honest competition. Fiverr based in Tel Aviv even a great idea try recently keep as much as possible money from the sellers. Not only the keep a high commission, the even take a cut from a tip both from the seller and buyer! So if a buyer wants to tip a seller for great work the will charge them extra to do so. Strange Business Set up :( In addition to this the now come up with an idea to take even more of your money, the ask sellers to pay per click to appear above other sellers :( is this honest? I hope soon that Microsoft or Google comes up with similar service! More honest!
