Ordered my wheels and tires, which came sooner than expected, and looked great. Installed them and they rode alright. I already was aware that they would not ride like factory since they were 20's with smaller sidewall tires. I decided to balance them and road force them. Balance was off with only 50 miles on them and the road force of the tires was all above 20 pounds of road force, this is what caused them to ride so bad. Not sure who singed off on these getting shipped out with that much rotation mass out of balance. Guess ill just have to wait it out till it's time to get some new tires.
I want to give a Hugh thumbs up to Joey in customer service. As I was mislead in sales of the purchase of a wheel package, Joey in customer service was a total professional from the get go for returning emails to making sure that my returned supplies were shipped, directions on packing for return shipment and any other questions or issues that needed attention. As I owned a retailed business which thrived on it's customer service, Joey is the benchmark of customer service. If Fitment Industries is not familiar of who they have working for them, this guy is top notch and send him thru the corporate ladder. Well deserved...

The problem I had with Fitment industries was that their shipping fee wasn't upfront. If I knew how much they were going to charge me for shipping I would have cancelled my order but couldn't since I wouldn't get full refund for my order
