The actual fishing trip was absolutely fantastic with Capt. Frankie and his crew. We were provided with an excellent experience and education by the crew. They made our excursion a very successful one (we all caught salmon). The only downside had nothing to do with the crew/boat - it was a problem with Fishing Booker which did not update their instructions - we were informed that the boat was located at a harbour in Oakville, but we found out that the boat was docked 30 km away.
We had the best guide ever! We had horrible weather and our guide was super patient and bent over backwards to get us "hooked up" with a few fish - it was cold and rainy and horrible weather but we had a great time!
Captain Ben is so knowledgeable and just being out on the water with him brought me a sense of peace. It was a beautiful morning and he pointed out a bald eagle in a tree as well as other interesting wildlife. His boat is spotless and his tools worked great. It was my second time out with him and both times the day was flawless. I will be going again. Hopefully soon!
We had a great time. There was 10 of us. We caught a lot of fish. The crew was very helpful and very nice. We would do this again

We love the Mextime boat with Capt. Fili and mate Tony. Had an awesome time with them for 3 days. Caught lots of Dorado and a striped Marlin. Owner Poncho is great to work with too. Will definitely book with them again. Great crew and boat.
We had to cancel a booking for a situation not related to us, but to the customer. Chloe helped us to clarify the situation without our FB record being damaged.
Awesome, caught a lot of shark along with other species. The ride out we had dolphins follow us, my grandsons loved that.
I went to spool line on the new reel and it wouldn't spool all the way up. Sent a message and called. It was after hours I found out but they still text me. I sent a picture. They had a new reel spooled with my choice of line shipped the next day. Amazing customer service is an understatement.
Our guide on our four hour excursion was an amazingly nice guy and super knowledgeable about the area. Plus, we caught a few kick $#*! fish, which is the goal I guess right!

We booked a fishing charter and the process was super easy. Messaged the captain a few times, and excellent prompt communication. Sadly, half our group was flying in from the states, and one was denied entry due to a damaged passport. By the time they made it down, it was too late to make the fishing trip so we had to cancel. Despite the cancellation policy, they were compassionate and refunded our money. Again, excellent communication. Next time we use them, hopefully we will get to actually fish.
Booked my second trip via Fishing Booker after the first one went smoothly in Puerto Vallarta last year. I like that the deposit is minimal as I'm hesitant to pay a large sum to someone I never met in a foreign country, especially knowing that weather can change plans. I had a technical issue with my second booking, but a support person was able to resolve it quickly. I also find the reviews on the app helpful.
