Pescado Adventures has been a vendor on Fishing Booker now for more than 2.5 years. Their customer service has always been of the highest quality, both from a vendor as well as a customer perspective. If you are looking to book, this is the place to be.
I started using FishingBooker when they launched years ago. They always cared about my needs and made improvements to what we recommend. We have a tropical storm in the gulf so I've been trying to fit my weeks worth of customers in the few days that we have good weather. One of my charters agreed to the change but we forgot to submit it. I tried to change it through the app but it wasn't allowing me because it was too close to today (Tuesday). I called fishing booker and Kiki did it for me in just a few minutes! Now that the storm is moving south and our forecast is improving, I have the opportunity to book another charter for Thursday!

I wish I could give Maria more stars! I cannot express how grateful we are to have had her helping us, we booked a fishing trip with La Jolla water sports captain Eldon Bertsch. It was a 6am trip for 6 hours, we get to the dock as directed and on time…we notice we can't find our captain so we call and then they tell us the time was a typo our departure time is 8am so we wait for 2 hours the captain finally messages us at 7:30 and states he's having wiring issues with the boat so we express to him how it would be appreciated if he could keep us updated because for 1 we drove 5 hours to come for this trip and we had already been waiting for 2 hours and then he cancels on us at 8am. So we're very upset, Maria from fishing booker gets ahold of us she goes above and beyond for us, finds us a last minute charter, gave us a small credit for the inconvenience, she did all the footwork and was very responsive and so helpful! She deserves a raise & a paid day off lol thank you Maria!
I downloaded the FishingBooker app to book an experience for my husband, daughter and her three friends - 4 new 16 year old "fisher girls!" My Husband and I were so excited to take them for their first offshore big fishing trip. Long story short, we booked a very expensive trip and the captain called to "give us a better experience" but changed us to the next day. Well, the next day came and we never heard from him - Capt Ron, Fishhawk Charters. My Husband frantically started calling and texting; I got on the app to try to find another charter but to no avail. Devastating! All the sudden, I got a random number calling on my phone. I answered it, and it was Chloe from FishingBooker. She not only knew about the problem, but had already started calling other captains and charters trying to find something for us! She stayed with me for over two hours until she found a charter for us in the morning - This was at 9 PM!
We have not had customer service like this in years from any company. Not only was she, friendly and diligent, she was proactive in texting me and calling me and didn't stop until she found one. It was truly impressive and quite overwhelming in a great way! I haven't felt so cared for by a company and I really long time.(FishingBooker… give Chloe a raise!) Thank you FishingBooker and Thank you so much Chloe for 100% saving our vacation!
Niko was provided me with solid advice and resulted in two new bookings. He was paitent as I am new to the platform and followed up with collateral as he said he would.

Recently a the charter that I booked got canceled. The customer service rep, Chole, was very helpful. She notified me immediately, refunded my payment, and then provided me other recommendations that fit with my original plans.
It was a great experience and appreciate Chole help to resolve this so quickly.

I spoke with customer service representative and told him that we could not make the trip happen because of high winds on date to fish and a bilge pump went out a few days after, he understood.
I was a Corp Exec guy for decades and moved to Charters Full Time a few years ago. I'm absolutely shocked at the level of customer service anytime I have a question or need help making sure bookings, calendars and payments or correct. My past life was Sales & Marketing; Fishbookers Search Engine Optimization is just incredible. Highly recommend Fish Booker.

Answer: Scam. Fishingbooker is a rip off. Nothing but trouble. No customer service and they charge your credit card. Look out.

There are captains who offer departure times based on the cruise timetables and can get you back on time. I'd suggest you message the charters you'd like to go out with and inquire about this.
