We did not expect to have this kind of disappointment, because we didn't catch any fish, I was misinformed because the captain had texted me stating that he had a fish finder, but when we got on the boat I didn't see that he had one, now he did advise the day before the fishing trip of the hurricane that occurred a few days before we came to island, but it was too late to reschedule, because we were on the island and in a hotel. The day of our trip was a beautiful day, the captain did take us to certain spots but the fish were not were he took us, that's why I always ask before book a fishing trip d so I they have a fish finder, the boat was nice and the weather was perfect, also I believe he didn't do a good job in finding any fish that day.
We had a really good time the captain was very nice and helpful. Will be returning.
Could not have been more pleased. Had friends in from out of town that had never gone fishing before and wanted to give it a try. They were thrilled. Our captain and the entire experience was awesome. They made us promise to do it again next time they visit.

Met with Capt Jones at the appointed time and we had a great day. Poor conditions due to wind but he found us plenty of fish and taught us rookies how to fish out on the bay. We pulled in fish consistently and had fun doing it. Boat was stable and powerful and he was equipped with bait and tackle and ready to show us a good time. Would definitely contact him again IF I get the chance.

Captain was awesome, we caught a small mahi and a bunch of almaco jack. Captain was knowledgeable and a great guy to hang out with. Boat is fast, all necessary tackle provided, just bring your own beer.

My 12 year old son wanted to fish on our trip to San Diego. This "event" provided a stress-free way for us to enjoy fishing without worrying about equipment and location. We got to enjoy being out in the bay, in beautiful weather, and fish for several hours! We fished at various locations and got to see the bay, in addition to catch (and release) some fish!

Went on Charter with Captain Kenny Kramer. It's was a blast. We were scheduled for bay fishing but it was slow, Kenny took us off shore and put us on some huge state water red snappers. We will book with Kenny again. Thank you Kenny for a great day on the water!

This company was incompetent and unprofessional in advising us at very late notice of cancelling due to bad weather conditions when the actual day is perfect weather not a cloud in the sky. I booked the charter for my 50th birthday travelled all the way from South coast nsw to catch fish for a barramundi a life long dream of mine. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They cancel at the last minute therefore did not have the opportunity to find another option. Very poor customer service and does not represent the Northern Territory in a positive manner at all. Totally disappointed and disgusted.

We can imagine how disappointing it must have been to have your plans fall through on such short notice, especially since this was supposed to be your birthday trip. Fishing can be unpredictable, and we're really sorry that the conditions didn't cooperate on your scheduled date.
According to the captain, your day was met by not just unstable weather but also very low tidal movements. From what we understand, this would have made catching Barramundi almost impossible.
As you know, the captain did try to make the most of the situation by offering you an alternative – bait reef fishing. The other party on your shared trip needed to accept the alternative solution, but they unfortunately declined. While we can see how this must have been frustrating, I'm sure you realize that this wasn't due to a lack of willingness from your captain.
Once again, we're sorry things didn't work out this time. If you'd be willing to give it another shot next time you're in Northern Territory, we'd be more than happy to help you organize a memorable outing.

Buyer beware! Captain Owen whitehead of fish and juice left me sitting at the dock after rescheduling and I paid him $500 never responded to calls or texts. I have filed a police report and charges will be pressed. I booked him through fishing booker and no help from them eve after I screenshot a text clearly catching Owen in a lie claiming he took us for 3 hours and they did nothing! Unreputble unprofessional

From what we understand, while the captain agreed to reschedule the initial trip with you, miscommunication lead to some crossed wires and unmet expectations on your behalf. However, we know this led to a negative experience for you and can understand any frustrations it must have caused. Because of this, we canceled the booking for you, refunded your deposit, and encouraged the captain to refund you more of your trip cost, which he did.
We've agreed to closely monitor the captain's behavior according to our internal procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Captain Mark got us on some fish despite 20mph winds!+. Hooked onto a huge Ray!. After 20min fight we got it along side of the boat before the 30lb leader gave into the 100lb + Cow nose Ray.

Jared did an excellent job with us. Had patience in teaching us the technique of "flossing". His equipment was top notch. He was very attentive to anything we needed. Provided all equipment. Saved his info to use again next year!

I was able to book a half day fishing trip about 2 months in advance. It was quick and easy and was able to stay in contact with the guide before the trip.
