Roy at First Premier Home Warranty. The sales guy.

I have attempted to secure service from Premier Home Warranty. It was for two water valves which are frozen and will not turn off. They are for where my new washer will go. I asked to have them replaced. I was on hold a total of 1 hour and 37 minutes as I tried to secure assistance in setting up a plumber to come to my condo which I am remodeling so i can live in it.

I SPOKE WITH TWO PEOPLE WHO DID NOT ASSIST ME.

The first person was a female who did not send an email as she said she would.

The second was a man who sent an email, but it was for an appliance repair. I don't have my appliances in the condo yet!

So, it is very obvious to me that First Premier Home Warranty WAS "NOT" A GOOD CHOICE FOR A HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM.

Therefore, I WANT TO KNOW THE PROCESS IN HOW TO CANCEL THIS USELESS WARRANTY PROGRAM!

I will not wait online for 15, 20, 25 plus minutes to even reach a person for services. Then once you reach someone, they are clueless in satisfying my needs!

CANCEL THIS PROGRAM IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

It's a far stretch giving one star to this horrible, rude, nasty, scammy, so called company. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. Nobody else could be this bad. THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENOUNTERED. They are not upfront about their exclusions. Which are many. I have never been talked to so rudely by a representative of a company. They were condescending, liars, nasty, hateful people. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I hope my honest review can save someone from the horrors of having to deal with these scam artists. Well, no, they are not artists, they are just nasty liars.
And NOW, they won't stop calling me to renew my policy! I've told 4-5 people NO, I will never deal with your company again, and they just keep calling. One of them had the audacity to say I didn't have to get rude with them. After I stopped laughing, at this coming from the rudest people ever, I told them what they could do to themselves.

Don't trust these scammers and don't buy warranty from this company Scam company sending unlicensed technicians that don't understand and speak English Absolutely horrible coverage - They give pennies when you spend thousands on policy purchase Absolutely horrendous customer service and Supervisor is too rude Instead of resolving the issues, they put our account on hold.

All i needed to pay was my service deductible to the technician.

I purchased a home warranty from First Premier a few months ago and paid for the entire year and 2 months up front. Before purchasing I asked a lot of questions as to what is covered and what's not. Jack Adams had an answer for EVERYTHING and even tried to sell me an extended warranty for an additional few years. I am glad I had sense enough to decline that offer. However, against my better judgement, I purchased a year warranty with two free months, that was the promotion at the time. NOW my hot water heater started leaking on Monday, June 26, I called and stayed on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up calling again. When I finally got through submitting a claim I was referred to a tech who DOES NOT LIVE IN MY STATE! However, I followed the directions that the claims department sent. THE TECHNICIAN ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES...HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO ACCESS THE SITUATION! I called and emailed the next day. After calling several times and waiting on hold I finally spoke with someone, Viki King. I explained the situation to her and she advised me to get my own tech and I would be reimbursed. I did and I followed her directions explicitly. Long story short, a local certified technician came, did the repair, and I submitted the invoice for reimbursement. Before the work was started i called and emailed the claims department like it said in the email. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE NOR RESPONDED BACK TO MY EMAIL. I got through the next day and was told it was denied! I am unable to get my service fees nor repair fees back. Customer service has been very UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. On June 30 I verbally spoke with someone dealing with canceling my policy, I was told to cancel my policy via email and someone would email a cancelation form. On July 27,2023 no one has contacted me.
Stay away from this company and definitely don't pay for the entire year upfront...its a scam

I purchased a First Premier extended warranty and it has been a complete disaster. My air conditioner broke down shortly after buying it, but First Premier denied my claim and provided a minimal compensation that didn't even cover the repair costs. They even deducted it from the hefty amount I paid upfront. Stay away from First Premier! They are a fraudulent company.

First Premier Home Warranty Thieves! Trust Pilot has discovered this company plants fake reviews and you want to take a chance?

Pay close attention to their negative reviews as it's a possibility that Vince Walker pays for positive online content AND pays to remove honest negative reviews. First Premier Home Warranty Thieves as I know first hand when they never paid the vendors OR finished the two claims that I filed. Complete and total rip off. This past November I was contacted by the appliance store telling me FPHW bailed out, so it's me that needs to pay the bill.

Thankfully my credit card company reversed charges. I finally was able to get my appliances repaired, but to warn you this was nearly a two year ordeal. These guys will waste tons of time.

Help get First Premier Home Warranty banned from your state. File a complaint with your attorney general's office, and then make sure you file a dispute with the credit card you used. I did and got ALL my money back.

Vince Walker owner of First Premier Home Warranty should be in prison. If they burned you too then you must report them to your attorney general's office. We who have had money stolen must speak up. First Premier Home Warranty liars thieves cheats. First Premier Home Warranty Brooklyn, NY they use an address that's suspicious. Look it up on Google.

DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY COMPANY!

They are Scamming us to get money but not provide service. Amazing sales guys but will not cover your claim. I paid for 6 years and after a year when I finally had a claim they made up things to not approve my claim and Todd Pearson - Operations Manager was extremely rude and accusatory although i provided all the supporting documentation. You will do more work with 0 outcome. They just want your money.

I paid for a specialist to come diagnose my HVAC system and they gave their recommendation to First Premier Home Warranty, I had to call and reach out over 6 times to get a status and next steps then they asked for 3 years of maintenance report which i provided and then they asked for proof of payments which point i was fed up as i spend more hours trying to provide reasonable documentations then i should! Next, ask for my birth certificate?

When I asked to have my money refunded and whom I can talk to about this deeply unsatisfactory service they wouldn't provide that info and got extremely rude.

I would have rather flushed that money down the toilet then pay to company that just wants to scam you when you need them the most.

I have been horribly taken advantage of by Vince Walker. They didn't pay the vendor, so now this contact has cost me well over $1000, while they didn't bother finishing the repairs OR paying the technician. One victim shared her story how she contacted her credit card company for a FULL refund AND filed a complaint with her state attorney general office. Because of this very determined victim she helped get them shut down. Alabama told Vince Walker best move along to another state. Please don't buy this warranty. Scam, sham, lie lie lie.

This company did not finish two claims then found out a year later they didn't pay the vendor either. We're looking into pressing criminal charges. They pay to post fake reviews, and Site Jabber why are you allowing them to keep removing reviews I leave on this site? I thought Site Jabber was honest?

How many negative reviews have they paid to have removed? How many positive reviews have they paid for so far? They are thieves liars and cheats. They will CHEAT YOU TOO if you ever need them for anything. They owe me money and didn't finish the only two claims I filed. I canceled just to never be forced to endure their manipulation. They probably will close soon and reopen under a different name when too many disgruntled former customers pile up. They only want your money then they'll toss you out like trash if you ever actually have a claim.
