What I thought was a good company, I was Sad to learn when you have a problem, they do not have the connections, to get the people to come to your home to fix your appliances. And worst of it, was they would not replace what they could not find someone to fix. Read the fine print because it is written where they do not have to do anything, after you paid them hundreds of dollars. And then they offer you $50 for a stove repair, which we refused, they actually fight with you on the phone, or avoided to answer the phone. We sent them a certified letter, which they never received. They are located in Brooklyn NY, and love to get your money, and try to make offers of different amounts of money, pushy salespeople. My advice, stay away from them, no matter what the cost it, and you think your saving money, you will never get the serviced promised. Warning to all consumers, even when the contract ran out, they keep calling us and sending emails to buy it again. Noone knows what the others are doing.
I wish someone would have told me before I gave them our hard-earned money.! BEAWARE before you buy!
