I'm from Virginia and this company is revoked for doing business here since February 2023 yet they still sell policies here. I took them to General District Court and won a judgement. That's all I needed to have my American Express account dispute resolved in my favor. Now I'm going to the NY State General Attorney about this company. Hopefully they will shut them down. All of their employees lie about anything and everything. All of their employees are high school dropouts and couldn't get a decent job if they wanted one. Stay clear of this company. All of the 5 star ratings are fake reviews written by their own employees and by companies who are paid to write positive reviews.
I had a 15 year old AC unit blow out recently, not only did First Premier have someone come out same day, since it was unrepairable they expedited a new unit within 2 days.

You will regret signing up with First Premier Home Warranty. The 5 star reviews given to FPHW are solicited fake reivews. Read the real ONE STAR reviews from unhappy customers to know what you are in for if you 'donate' your hard earned money to the crooks at First Premier Home Warranty. We purchased 5 warranties from them, never got a $ from any claim we made. They would not let us cancel, did not send back any of our money. They are CROOKS.
Bought 6 policies around June 2023 on 6 different homes. Prior to purchase First Premier Home Warranty FPHW rep Jack Adams was asked to send a copy of the policy FPHW would be providing. Jack emailed a 6 page policy. It looked great, so we paid over $2500 for 6 policies.
5 months later we had a simming pool pump go out. Made the claim to FPHW who sent out their approved contractor. Contractor said pump didn't work, FPHW refused to fix it. Since we had tenants in the house, it was urgent to get fixed. Contractor said they contacted FPHW and said to replace the motor would be $690.00. Contractor said FPHW never authorized contractor to do the job. FPHW told us the motor was not covered. We argued with FPHW and got our own contractor, who put a new pump in, cost us $800. FPHW told us they would only give us $200 for pump. The 6 page policy initially provided to us said FPHW would pay up to $1000 for the pump. We spoke with the FPHW rep who took our payment, Robert Evans, and he said he would help us get payment and send form to us to get full payment. Never sent form.
Now months later, we had a plumbing leak on bathtub pipes behind wall (valve). FPHW contractor went to house and did not fix the leak. FPHW said leak was not covered. The policy we received from FPHW rep Jack Adams said valve leaks were covered. (we had paid for the 'premium' policy). We hired our own plumber and got the leak fixed.
First Premier Home Warranty is a JOKE, SCAM, FRAUDSTER, SWINDLER, DECEIVER, CROOK COMPANY. The sales reps, claims department, and all and any phone number you call at FPHW will get you nowhere.
Kiss your payment goodbye. Consider it thrown down a RAT HOLE full of the RATS at FPHW.

Warranty complaint with first premier home warranty
I paid for two home warranty annual premiums in full on March 20,2024 and I was told at that time by the dale's representative that if I chose to cancel the policies within 30 days that I would receive a 100% refund. On April 8 I requested a service repair on my personal residence, and even though the service provider and I communicated with each other via texting, email and telephone, they never came to my home to make the repair. So on April 15, I decided to call the First Premier to cancel my two warranty policies since they would not respond to 6 emails that I had sent them. The person I spoke with would not cancel my policies and said that I'd never get a refund. He was very rude with me and I responded in kind and I told him that I'd let American Express handle the refund through the dispute process and hung up the phone. On April 16 the company eventually responded to my emails and said I'd need to fill out a cancellation form, which my original sale's representative never mentioned to me as being necessary. The email said they'd send in 48 hours, which made no sense, but it did make sense from a nefarious perspective. There wanting to try and run out the 30 day clock. On the 17th I sent the company 8 emails, one each hour, asking for the form. At the end of the day they finally sent the form but the form was prefilled with penalty fees for canceling the warranties, which was never disclosed with my sale's representative, as he said there were no cancellation fees if done within 30 days of taking out my policies. I edited the forms to remove the fees, signed dated and returned the forms on the 17th and told them that if they didn't refund my Amex account the full amount that Amex would recover my funds on my behalf. It's the 18th and I've not heard from First premier. It's obvious that the company acts in bad faith and should not be used. Not only did they breach their service contract terms with me also they are changing cancellation terms.
The customer service the most rude and unprofessional. I have been waiting 3 days to put someone to come out and service my dishwasher the company that first premiere supposed to have had to come out has been lying ever since Monday. 01-29-2024. They need to listen in on Customer service calls. They would not let speak to a manager or Supervisor. But first Premier Home Warranty doesn't have a Problem with getting my monthly payment.
I had a problem with my HVAC got my own technician called spoke James and I was approved. I am very satisfied with their speed of meeting their customers needs.
Quick response and easy to work with. They fixed my plumbing problem with a day, the customer service is exceptional I'll recommend to anyone that is looking for a plan.
I just fall in loved by their work. They are so humble, I got refer from my sister and they nailed it.
The customer service is unbeatable, I spoke with Frank for my microwave issue is followed up, ensure the technician will take care of it which he did, 5 stars for them!

So at first i had so much questions weather i should or shouldn't and finally I took my policy out Best decision I'd ever made, I love the way they handled my claim within 2 days my washing machine my back up and running.
I had a washer break down on Tuesday morning and they were able to replace with a new one on Friday morning installed as well, would recommend.
