I ordered a dress for my wedding and not only did it take almost 2 months to receive, but it was too small and poorly made. The lac ion the front wasn't centered and it looked cheap and more like a costume for a cheap Broadway show. I immediately ( same day) tried to contact Cakee, the people who made it through First Dress and for two weeks I have gotten 2 emails asking for pics which I sent, told that I need to now send my bust and other measurements and then ghosted. Are you kidding me... the website tells you that you have 15 days to return it and I have been asking from day 1 how to return it, sent pics and no response. Clearly, after reading other reviews, I have been ripped off. This dress is absolutely hideous and now I have to find another dress for my wedding next month and change the whole theme. They also have other people besides CAKEE if you look at reviews. If you want a cheap, poorly made with cheap material and not symmetrical fitting. Ths is the place to buy, lol. OMG!

I ordered a dress based on the photo presented in their ad on Facebook. I paid almost $200. For it and when it came I thought it was a joke! Nothing like the color in the picture and the quality was so terrible I cant wear it to a costume party! I asked them how to return it and they told me to "hold it in the daylight"! I am a 10 and I cant even get it over my hips! Instead of the pale pink and gray it shows in the photo, it is a burnt orange color. I need it for my son's wedding October 3 this year. I am so mad that I was scammed and they get away with doing this. Please don't trust "Firstdresss" I don't want anyone else going through this. I tried to download picture from my email, but don't know how! I am in my 70's and would never be this dishonest to anyone! Order #******* I paid $189.98 on April 13,2021. It was for T*******916. Short Sheath Mother Wedding Dress. The website, *******@gown.clothing was also listed on the invoice.

We ordered wedding dress for our daughter, we paid for dress, delivery and made additional payment for fast delivery. The dress arrived late for a week. It was just before the wedding. The dress was in awful condition. I can not describe the ugliness of the delivered dress. It is absolutely different form the one presented on their website. We tried to contact the merchant, there is no exact contact information other than email, to what they barely reply. It was sad experience. We could not get a refund or even an apology from merchant. My daughter did not wear the dress, we had to spent couple of days searching for wedding dress. People do not use this site. And never try to buy anything from this website www.firstdress.com
