Everything was easy and as expected except that I found it difficult to schedule with AMTrucking since one have to be home to inspect the TV and make sure it is working. They were always very polite but often did not get back to me after telling me they would. It was difficult to find a time for the delivery since their main office is a few hours away and they schedule me any drop off's during the same route. Eventually (after seven or eight interactions with them), we were able to find a window for the delivery and the delivery men were very nice and friendly.
Took a bit for the TV to arrive - but delivery experience was top notch.

The TV was an amazing price, the cheapest I have ever seen this TV. The delivery took about 2 weeks but it was worth the wait for the price. The delivery people were helpful and inspected the TV before leaving to make sure it was in great shape. We had to contact the company to confirm that our television arrived but within 24 hours of calling them they had already located our shipment and delivered the TV to us.
Delivery was really slow. Ordered 11/26, delivered 12/16. Product was great though.

Overall had a great experience. Got an excellent tv at the price I wanted. Had to wait a couple of weeks (which was expected) but when I called to check on it CS was responsive and courteous. Ultimately it was delivered when promised and they were kind enough to inbox it for me and allow me to make sure it was functioning properly before they left. I highly recommend Firstclasstvs.com.
On first delivery TV was not on truck although it was supposed to be there. Next delivery a few days later was okay.
