I received the tv within quoted delivery estimate in good condition. The delivery men were courteous and professional. They arrived in the middle of their estimated time of delivery. I'm happy with the tv and the overall transaction.

Received my oled tv brand new in box as advertised. Seller responded very quickly when I have questions. Everything is great. Only one gripe I have is the slow delivery time. The order was shipped on 11/19 but I didn't receive my tv until 12/07.
TV price was the best I found. I had to pay tax, which I hadn't expected. They have warehouses nationwide and ship from the closest warehouse, which for me, was within my state. Delivery went smooth and the delivery men unboxed the TV and plugged it in to verify it was working. I have contacted customer service requesting a copy of the dated invoice to have on hand should there be any issue while under warranty. Hopefully, there won't be any problem receiving the invoice. Very satisfied overall.
