This was my first time shopping with First Class TVs and it was a good experience. I ordered my TV from them through eBay and I was very impressed with how they handled my purchase, from the minute I placed the order to when it was delivered.

The product has been excellent so far and I have no complaints. Firstclass communicated well and chose a good trucker (AM Trucking / Home Delivery). Although the TV arrived several days later than estimated on eBay, AM's delivery people were courteous and unboxed the TV to confirm that it was operational.
I purchased Porch wall-mounting services along with the TV on eBay. It was an unfortunate choice. Porch and the assigned installer communicated poorly, and the installer arrived angry because Porch had assigned him a $49 job that required driving 40 miles. He had no assistant, so I had to help him hoist the TV into position.

Great item, great price
Buying on eBay was simple. Freight for the TV was okay, about 2 weeks before delivery. They used AM trucking for delivery. TV came sealed brand new. I haven't needed support and am somewhat concerned about that since they're not an approved vendor for LG, but so far so good. No upselling or other shenanigans.
The pricing, free to and return shipping, and included white glove service were great, as well as the product being great. I was disappointed by the length of time that transpired between purchase and delivery...13-14 days seems like a long time in these days of the Internets and while understanding that it's the holidays, this length of delay should have been noted as a problem more prominently at the time of order to help set expectations vs. the unknown "black box" and after-the-fact explanations that came sporadically when inquires were made.

Price was excellent and the shipping company was pretty quick for a cross country delivery. Overall, a great experience.
The tv arrived a crew unpacked the tv and tried it out. They even offered to repack.
