Was a little worried. Did receive the item ordered in good condition. No response when trying to contact anyone concerning delivery date which needed to be moved. Would have rated you perfect with a little better customer service. I would purchase another product from you with no worry. A little better customer service would go a long way.

First, the price of this TV was really good...I checked Amazon, and their price for the very same Model was about $1000 more. I had an issue with the shipper, because the TV had been just 70 miles from me for over a week, and i called the shipper. They said they couldn't deliver for another week or so...after Christmas. So I called Firstclasstvs, they said they would see what they could do. My TV was delivered 2 days later! So kudos to Firstclasstvs...I would definitely shop with them again!
I was searching for a 75" Samsung QLED tv. They were the cheapest so I decided to go for it. A day after I ordered the TV online I was contacted by one of their representatives and informed I would be charged an additional $160 for "insurance". This was required. I had no choice but to agree. I ordered the TV on Nov 23. It took over 8 business days for the TV to reach it's first destination... New Jersey. It sat in New Jersey for 5 days. It took the shipping company(AM Trucking) 7 days to get the TV from New Jersey to the terminal in the State of Washington. I live in Oregon. I called today since the TV has been sitting in Washington for 3 days. I was told it was going to sit in Washington until Wednesday Dec 27th. In the meantime I have reached out to Firstclasstv's and they have my money so they don't seem to care that it will have taken over a month for the TV to be delivered. So my recommendation... if you are just looking to save money and don't care if the TV arrives in a week or a month then yeah these guys have the price. Forget about service though. You'll get none of that.
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
Answer: Yes, you get a call after you order. I canceled the order, sounded like scammers.


Insurance is not already included in the price as very clearly stated in the shipping policies on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money! EVEN AFTER SHIPPING INSURANCE YOU ARE STILL SAVING CLOSE TO $1000 VS. RETAILS PRICE!
