Everything turned out great. The only thing that could have been better was the delivery status.

Very professional delivery man. But I was given a delivery time of 5:30 - 9:30 pm.
Had to get home, because they called at 3:30 pm to saying they'd be at the house
In 20 minutes. They didn't know about the delivery time. But better early than late.

Excellent product at a great price. Delivery was a little slow but that may have been caused by the huge snow storm on the east coast. I would definitely buy from Firstclasstvs again.

All went well from start to finish. I would suggest leaving yourself at least two to three weeks for delivery and you will not be disappointed.

Took longer than expected to get shipping information. The offered a service plan that seemed a bit expensive. I declined. I did get the white glove service for getting the TV down a flight of stairs into our entertainment center (glad that I did). Overall I'm satisfied with First Class TV and would recommend them to others. They had the best price on the LG C8 OLED! Saved about $2,000!

Delivery took a little while, but the product arrived and worked flawlessly. All good. :)

Deals that are almost too good to be true! Time from purchase to beginning of shipping is fast. Shipping itself is a little on the slow side but still made estimated time window. Delivered in home and plugged in to prove functionality. Worth the wait!

My big TV arrived in good shape and it was exactly what I ordered. The TV was delivered by a third party and they took three weeks to deliver the product. That was within the estimated shipping time.

Your delivery service is terrible, 4 weeks! There is no amount of savings or good customer service that can compensate for the carrier delays and reschedules.
