Easy enough, brought the tv very early in the morning and made sure it worked.

Received the television. When it arrived the delivery guy open the box in front of me and we both pulled it out of the box to inspect it. He proceded to plug the TV in to make sure it was working.
I was going to suggest the opening of the box and to plug it in to make sure it worked. But, before I could say a word about it the delivery guy said it first.
Good experience...the only thing was the shipping company used is not very up to date of where your package is at. But the delivery was sooner than anticipated.
Great service. Great TV. Didn't like the required shipping insurance. Warranty purchase was OK. Overall, would recommend calling to discuss the process and to order rather than just order online.

While I was a little nervous at first, given that this seller operates solely through Ebay, I was reassured by the positive feedback and Ebay guarantee. I definitely had no reason to worry -- the TV arrived quicker than expected, in perfect condition, and I had no problem registering it with the manufacturer. This seller is completely legitimate, and the overall buying process was much simpler than with a brick-and-mortar store.
The response time is lacking. The delivery is slow. The price is great.

TV was perfect, just as expected. Shipping company was quite a bit behind when delivering TV, but very professional otherwise.
Received item accurately as described. Fast processing and shipping/delivery. Would not pricematch for the same item, from same shopping site, and including the same services from a highly-rated competitor; item that was advertised before the item shipped. Otherwise I would give five stars.

Great 77' OLED TV sold at a great price. My only complaint is that it seems I was misled about free shipping. I was told 'white glove service' was an extra $149.00. Later I learned from the shipper such service is automatically provided with every TV delivery. So it seems paying the $149.00 may be paying for shipping itself, not for the 'white glove service.'
