Item arrived in great condition. The delivery men were super. This is a great tv that I would reccomend to anyone.

Your customer service in Ebay response was unprofessional. The very first time I asked about status of my shipment. He or she said, 'cannot gurantee delivery before Christmas'. Mind you that this tv was purchased on Dec 10 and shouldn't been able to deliver before Christmas Day. You should be able to state in your eBay listings that delivery would take about 15-20 days.
I hadn't previously used Firstclasstvs.com, I was worried that maybe there would be some minor flaw with the TV or that it would really be open box resealed given their very low prices, but I was wrong, and everything was perfect. And because it was a large high-end TV I bought, I literally saved hundreds of dollars compared to big box retailers.
If it's something I don't need same day and I am sure I won't be returning it, I plan to use Firstclasstvs.com for all major electronic purchases in the future.
The shipment tracking info that they provided did not work so I could not track the package. Package arrived safe and sound so it was all good in the end.
It's was a smooth transaction, the payment of the TV. The TV was exactly what I wanted and I'm still amazed at the picture it's an OLED form LG. Also at a price I was happy to pay. Just be patient, bought NOV 26, delivered to my home DEC 14. A lengthy wait, but It's worthy in my opinion for the low price of the TV.
If you say FREE SHIPPING, then require a shipping insurance fee equal to almost the whole shipping cost you need to have a disclaimer noted next to the FREE SHIPPING statement revealing the additional charges up front. I also think the tracking website needs to be updated more frequently.
