No update on if item has even shipped, 4 weeks since order, no response to two emails requesting update. Feels like a scam or a company who don't give a dam about customers, either way would never purchase from them again and although small value I will pursue them
No contact number only email that is never replied to. Fake feedbacks saying they are excellent. No goods or response! Seeking refund from card issuers.
I paid for the order almost one month ago. No product, estimated shipment date, or replies to emails. Definitely a scam.
Made an order, transaction went through, received a order number but no product, going for almost a month now. Sent an email and received no response, this is a bunch of scammer that can't get a proper job so they take other peoples money.
Most if not all of their products are fake. The color combinations of plants they offer do not exist. Please do not be fooled by this site.
I expect to receive my order this week. Or a explanation of why I cant get my order. It has been 2 months. No seeds or anything on my order. I will up date my rating as soon as I get my order
I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing! I also wish I could give them a big fat 0 stars! I ordered my succulent seeds on August 5 and it is now September 6th and no product! I contacted customer support on August 29th. They said it was at the New York processing facility and would be shipped soon. Here I am September 6th and no product. How can they possibly stay in business with this horrid customer service. There was no apologies for the delay. No sort of compensation. Worst customer service ever. I have filed a complaint with Paypal. Maybe I'll be able to get my money back. Save your money and time... go elsewhere to order! I will also be contacting the BBB to report their terrible service.
Save yourself time, money and trouble. These guys don't give a damn nor can they provide what they offer... B. S.
Ordered seeds for purple pampas grass. Took 4 weeks to get some dried fluff, with getmination instructions misspelled and in words that are not real English words. Waste of time and money
I paid $25 USD for a piece of cloth advertised as a beach towel. Took almost two weeks to arrive from CHINA to the USA & boy, i totally threw away money. Not worth returning as you really don't know who your dealing with.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! My son purchased a par of pants from them. When they did not fit I tried to call with no answer many times. I downloaded a return form that they say is not their return form. The pants were received on 3/3/17 and returned on 3/16/17, but they say I am past the 30 day policy because I sent them to the wrong address (address on their form). I am FURIOUS! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was not available and I could not talk to the returns dept. I will not do business with a site that can not accommodate their customers with returns but they take money and take money!
I've ordered 4 times in the past year and each order has arrived quickly and accurately. Great customer service as well. Will be back again for my next pair of boots.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF PEOPLE. I ordered, paid for and waited for some leather wallets and a bag and it never arrived. They charged me $250 shipping fee and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Thieves

Ordered extrication gloves and got them 2 days later. I had to exchange sizes and Jeff helped me with my inquiry and made the exchange easy. Loved the free exchange shipping. Will be back to order again since great service is so hard to find these days!
