It's too late for me, but not too late for the others, stay away from this "store", no reply on their contact email, my stuff isn't coming for 3 month
I ordered my daughter the unicorn charger and a chargeable case back in July, still nothing! She asks just about everyday for them and when they're coming, makes me sad that I wasted money that was for my child to a "company" that doesn't care!
Unfortunately, I have found out too late that this store is the biggest scam ever and probably doesn't even have ANY goods to sell at all! Everything that has happened to all the folks giving reviews, has happened to me too! I ordered a bundle of stuff back in July 2018 but nothing has arrived. One order was supposedly delivered to me but nothing was. How can they get away with it? Why can't "Sitejabber" do something about it? Every review is a complaint. Someone should be able to stop them.
Hi can you please provide your order number so that we can check on them. As what you can see on each of the comments below with bad reviews been checking back with them and no one has yet to answer any of them. Some reviews were not even supposed to be for us. They are mistakenly checking their orders from us of which they had placed their order from a different company. Please provide your order# so can help you with the order.
I am out over $80.00 from an order I placed in June and its now September. I kept trying to get updates and kept getting a email back saying they were backed up. Now i cant get aahold if anyone and I've waited to long for my bank to do anything about it.

Order merchandise 2months ago I have recieved nothing. Only a correspondence to tell me items were in high demand, and my items will be delivered shortly. No tracking info not ETA no nothing.
Hi that is not how we inform our customers, if you did place an order from us we never miss informing our customers if there are any delays on their orders. Can you please provide an order number for us to verify if you really have placed an order from our company.
What everyone else said, just don't go near them. Nothing received at all, months and months later, and no way to contact them.
Hi, this is a mistake you might have ordered from a different company. Most of our orders are taken care of. We usually update our customers if we are going to have some delays or if items were not available. You might have placed your order somewhere else.

I feel taken advantage of by this site. If sites like this are allowed to just set up and say "hey buy this item really cheap." And never shop the item and keep the money and never have a way to get in touch with them to confirm. They do nothing but sit back and take everyone's money

Hi, you must've ordered from a different company/store we do not do such thing. Firstly, we do not send emails saying item will be dispatched. That is not how we respond for something that we are about to ship. You should be checking your email for a confirmation if you really did a purchase from our store.
I ordered this item 3rd august 18 still not recieved paid for not recieved it is now sept 23rd sent them many emails last one this morning saying it will b delivered 8th august due too demand are they taking the micky looks like ill have to write a piece on facebook telling people not to buy items from this seller

I ordered from them 3 months ago and have received nothing. I a email saying it had been shipped, then one saying that because there were so many orders being taken things might be delayed. I got the same email again when I asked what was taking so long, and now I get no response when I try to email them. If I could give them zero stars on here, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I had ordered a shirt from FireStoreOnline through Amazon recently and it was suppose to be here on a Thursday because I needed it on a Friday. I realized in a email that the delivery date had changed so I contacted the company directly and together we saw where Amazon promised a date that was wrong. Regardless, the company stepped up and shipped another shirt same day to me. I got the shirt on time and liked it so much I ended up buying the second shirt. This company makes great products and has excellent customer service for what they did to make things right. Thanks again!
Bought a i phone case but never recieved it and they said they had delivered it. But I never got it then they said it would be delivered on the 6th when it was already the 12th then they said it would be delivered on the 26th and it is now the 27th. All automated replies.
