Terrible customers service

I order a pair of kid female Jordan 25 days ago, up to now I haven't received my kids sneakers. Whenever I call they give me excuses. Saying the post office said the order got delayed, two days past, I call another excuse again it got missing from the post office. I need my refund, you need to fill out a complaint form. I fill it out been 2 weeks i haven't received my money. I work hard for my money, I didn't get it illegally. I labor for it, if you guys can't give my money back, I will continue to leave negativity review. I regret ordering from Finishline.

Too long!

I ordered shoes 8/12/21 for my Son's Bday which is 8/19, it's 8/17/21 & the order is still processing & hasn't been shipped. I don't understand why would it take so long, do Finsh Line have to make the shoes too? I am sooo perturbed! Unless these shoes were on back order, which they weren't why would it take so long to ship!

Finish Line is a good place to get some shoes and sport apparel at a decent price usually they seem to have top names as Nike, Puma, Fila, and others --- Be sure to keep checking out online as promo codes are sometimes offered plus they have their own FL rewards program that will earn you some points to redeem for other good items, and levels. - Check out FL online or in the stores --

Finishline is the worst place to buy shoes online ever! It doesn't make since that the website gets jammed every time I fill out for a raffle or when I check my results! If you don't know someone at the store you will never get any NEW RELEASES! I work hard for my money and I'm not paying $600 for a pair of $200 shoes! The worst part about it is FINISHLINE CORPORATE WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON THE BULLS@#T AS WELL! THIS WORLD IS FU@$ED UP! IF you have a child that gets good grades and is responsible and respectful and their only request is a pair of new releases shoes from finish line you have to tell him or her no! They created these WEB BOTS THAT BUYS UP SHOES IN A MATTER OF SECONDS! Hard work means nothing and you will never have a fair shot! ZERO STARS I HATE THIS STUPID WEBSITE! REAL shoe heads buy shoes for the love of buying shoes not to resale shoes! EVERYBODY KNOW FINISHLINE IS IN BED WITH GOAT, STOCKX, AND ALL RESELL SITES! Made an online purchase paying $32.99 for rush 2 day shipping. The next day, order status still shows processing and estimated arrival in 5days. When I called in, the only solution offered to me was to cancel the order so I cancelled the order. Twenty minutes later I receive an email that the item shipped and will now arrive the following week. Upset, I called back. I have so far been told that my rush shipping (now taking more than a week instead of 2 days) will NOT be refunded, I have been polite and calm on the phone but have been hung up on twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor/department manager. I am consistently told to call back another time or take the shoes back to the store when they arrive. All I want is my "rush" shipping refunded. This store is a complete scam. I wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering.

WORST experience ever
August 31, 2020

I recently bought a pair of these shoes last week on a Tuesday (mind you I ordered another pair and they came within a day or so and they were fine) and I got them a week later. I opened the box and to my surprise the shoes were not packaged in any kind of way and looks as though someone just through them in the box and shipped it. After examining the shoes I noticed that they looked worn and they were obliviously not new. They have some scruff marks on them, hair and dirt inside of the shoes, a red stain on the right front shoe, etc. It's as if someone saw that I ordered the same size, style, and shoe they had on and just replaced it with theirs. It's a shame that we are blessed and fortunate enough for some to still have jobs, giving back to the economy, patronizing businesses and we received corrupt service like this. Now there's no more of that style of shoe so I can't get a replacement which would have been fine with. Just disappointing to say the least. Called customer service and the first lady was no help but the other seemed more apologetic and stated that she were going to submit a ticket for it (which the first lady mentioned nothing of but just a refund) but we will see. They only offered a $20 credit which I appreciate but being that I got unusual service like this according to the rep, seems like I should be offered more. Heading to google, yelp, etc.

Shoes arrived dirty and then afterwards when I requested a replacement the replacement arrived with even more stains. Customer service was very unhelpful and I tried to refund them but they said they would not pay for shipping then so I would get $106 back for what I paid $116 for and so I said a replacement would do then. Come to find out now my replacement is cancelled and since the shoes are now worth only $99 they will only refund me $99.

Won my shoes through a raffle. Get to store and pick up. Notice one shoe has scratches on it. I was asked what are options. They don't have anymore and it came from the Nike factory like that. Nothing was offered.

Company Sucks!

I paid for a pair of shoes a month ago tomorrow. Never received, but charged. Waiting 45 minutes to talk to customer service... a complete joke I was told that I could get the same price if I called back and jumped through some other stuff. Maybe I'll get a refund. Screw them. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I mean, I WAS!

COUPON TAKEN AWAY

I received a coupon of 60% off on June 1,2020. Today is June 2, the coupon expires on June 3rd!
WELL TODAY AT LUNCHTIME I DECIDED TO PROCESS MY ORDER! GUESS WHAT!
They decided to remove the coupon today at 10am. I know because I called and waited 55 minutes on hold to find out. Customer service apologizes.
They even had a 50% off. Also removed today!
I'M SO UPSET! WHAT A STUNT THEY PULLED!
With this CRISIS I thank you. I will save my money for my GROCERIES!

NO it is NOT! I placed an order with Finish Line on February 28,2020 and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PURCHASE! Mind you Finish line charged my debit card but I NEVER received my shoes. Every time I try to check my status it gives me a new delivery date every time. They also refuse to refund my money! COVID 19 is the blame for me NOT RECEIVING my shoes so they say. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Finish Line to another living soul... I am beyond pissed!

Bought 5 items -
2 jackets and 3 hats.
S&H - $7.00
I was ok with the $7.00 S&H because I was under the assumption that I will receive the items I ordered.
A few days later I received an email saying all items except one hat were canceled and they charged me $7.00 to ship the one hat.
I emailed and said I want to cancel the order, but they said I could not because the one hat had already been shipped. I was offered an option to return the item which meant I will get a refund for the hat and still lose the $7.00 shipping fees. I am not sure if the customer service agent even read through the entire email and understood the situation or if they just didn't have enough sense to understand the situation.
Either way, I refused delivery of the package and sent it back to Finishline.

Jordan 6 Rings

I ordered Jordan's 6 Rings ( Red Ones) a couple days ago. Received shoes they were the wrong size. All my fault! Traveled to a nearby Finish Line in McLean Va to return them. Sale Rep helped accepted the shoes and also ordered the correct size for me. While I was there I also ordered a second pair. ( The Black Ones)
Received them all last night! Ordered on 5/13 from store and received 5/20 No Damages! Only Fire $#*! Jordan's

I have been trying to order online through finish line for the past hour and when I went to confirm the payment, it gave an error. So I tried it again... same error. However, it took the money out of my account both times. I figure it will be refunded on its own as that is what the email stated so I tried to use a different form of payment and now it keeps giving me the "you don't have permission to access this site" error message over and over. I also am very frustrated at the fact that if you are even away from the website for 5 seconds, it logs you out of your account. I have had to re-log in multiple times. It doesn't help that its late so I have to wait til tomorrow to see whats up with all of this. Very annoyed.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of sneakers online for 200.00! When I got them in the mail, I opened the box and have to DIFFERENT sneakers. The right foot one which was all white (one I ordered) and the other one, the left foot one is red white and blue. After talking to three different people, customer care person, supervisor (which was actually pretty nice) and then the manager, I have to find a way to send back the sneakers, so find an open UPS place cause they won't send UPS out to my house to pick it up, then send it back and wait for them to get it and it will take 7-10 business days to get my 200.00 back and it could take longer because their office people are working from home! How does this even happen and now the hassle I have to go through to return them in a corona crisis and wait til whenever to get my 200.00 back. I will never shop from this place online or in a store again!

Website sucks

I tried to make a purchase for a couple things online today. Have everything in the cart ready to go and when u check out the website goes down. Didn't happen just once but like 20x. Also when you put in the discount code it applies and when you checkout the discount isn't on anymore. So if you are not paying attention you will lose out. Anyways finally gave up and went to Adidas cause I have no problems buying my things online and got a deal overall.

Getting a refund
January 12, 2020

I cancelled a order on December 23 2019 and I'm still waiting for a refund of 34.24 Ihave called the customer service times and every time they just lie about my refund my credit card company is going after them for my refund so sad. If I don't see it soon I'm going file fraud charges with company.
