My order was processed promptly and I received it within the expected time frame. This is a great company!
I love the Coffee Cup with the Cartoon on it. Not only does the cartoon make me smile, the cup is a perfect size. I use it every day.
Easy to order. My niece loves her new carry all tote. The art is beautiful. She gets compliments on it wherever she goes. Nice to have a functional and lovely tote in one.
I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at FineArt America. Michael Torevell is a great artist and he was also very responsive. I will certainly shop with FineArtAmerica again.
I loved all the German Shorthaired Pointer tote bag designs to choose from. I finally picked one, placed my order and couldn't be happier with the outcome! It's high quality, looks great and I receive compliments whenever I use it. I will be choosing a second one soon.
Everything I've ever ordered from FineArtAmerica has been beautiful. It brings joy to my life to be surrounded by art on every objects.
Excellent quality canvas print, quick turnaround, and reasonable price. Well packed and quickly shipped.
Fineartamerica had lots of choices of Baby Yoda designs. Once I found the cutest one, it was easy to customize the size of the artwork and order. I received my purchase quickly and fully intact. I'm very happy with my purchase and user experience.
Cartoon hit bullseye. Thinking at my age, that another book would require years of research and then this perfect cartoon shows up
Excellent photography, shipping was great, packaging awesome! Excellent experience

I had a shirt design 20 years back that was my favorite. I could never find it then came upon FineArtsAmerica.com. They had exactly what I was looking for. I bought it immediately, The design was perfect, the shirt was high quality, fit perfect and service was excellent. I went back recently and browsed their site to see what else they offer. What a selection. They have tech, wall art, home furnishings, apparel stationary and more, Amazing selection of designs and art work. This is a must bookmark and use website for quality sometimes hard to find items. I very highly recommend them.
My product (a bag) is stucked in Miami since 20 days and is not arriving at destination and the product team is not supporting in any way. They are telling me to contact directly the logisitic supplier (USPS) but the supplier has a contact procedure that if the product is delivered out of US you cannot reach them. I am obviously very disappointed of the very bad support by Fine Art America because i think they should be responsible (as general contractors) for helping out. Very disappointed for poor support.
From their website, they say, "We stock over 250 different frames which can be used to create museum-quality masterpieces from any print." They don't mention the cheap, wavy plastic they cover the print with. They do mention the "finish" but I did not recognize that as a word for the glass. The artist's painting is gorgeous and I may go to a real museum quality gallery to replace this awful, wavy plastic. FineArt Anerica is WAY overpriced.
FineArtAmerica found an easy and meaningful way for customers to personalize cards. Thanks!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
