Found my favorite artist and favorite prints right away! They arrived quickly and look amazing on my wall.
I ordered two Audie Murphy face masks. Art was very nicely done and the construction of the masks are high quality.
Ordered a 22.5 " x 36" metal print of one of our favorite artists creations. It took a little longer than expected to ship, but when we received it we were more than satisfied with the print. Perfectly executed display, very reasonably priced shipping and exceptional packaging.
This site was easy to use, so I could get my order placed quickly.
This is the second time I have made a purchase from Fine Art America and both times the service has been excellent. Packaging first class.
Bought a great art print- wildlife photographer's portrait of a mountain lion. Picture is beautiful, and print quality very satisfactory. Perfect packaging and shipping. Overall I'm very happy with my shopping on Fine Arts America.
Good quality print and very fast international delivery.
I ordered 2 mugs for my son. The octopus designs were just the right amount of artsy. Good quality mugs with just the right look.
I love the image I purchased. It arrived on time, well packaged, no issues at all. Thanks!
I discovered Austin John Jones' artwork through FineArtAmerica. The site allows me to pick the size and background color for virtually everything. I can take any of the art and have it printed on a variety of mediums, apparel, etc. It's a fun way to get more art out in the world. Austin is an artist on the autism spectrum and it's great to see what he is creating. I check back often to see his work and also scan a number of other artists' pieces as well. Love FineArtAmerica for opening my world and my eyes to so many wonderful artists.
We bought three photo greeting cards at a very reasonable site. One was to be a sympathy message, and I had a good idea what I wanted on the card face. It was a lovely photo, and almost exactly what I envisioned. Easy to navigate, safe web site, very good art on offer.
I've ordered a piece for my gf 2 months prior to her birthday, 3 weeks after my order I've contacted them to tell them that i havent received any shipping confirmation, a few days after i received an email saying my item is on it's way via UPS, for a whole month the package wasn't moving, i've contacted them again they asked me to wait 5-8 days. And ofc nothing happened, by that time my gf's birthday already passed and i havent recieved my item, then they said they initiated a replacement, it's been 2 weeks and still nothing, no package no tracking no contact. HORRIBLE TREATMENT!
No issues, received my artwork fairly quickly. Everything went smoothly. I'm a big fan of the Cats of Karavella collection so I've ordered from this site before.
Online ordering always leaves me a bit leary but these wood mounts were exactly what I needed to complete my space!
I was on the hunt for art depicting a historic moment in time... 2020. Found wonderful photography and a very creative illustration and purchased boxes of greeting cards to send to family members and friends. Rave reviews and comments from all recipients. I appreciate the high quality card stock and envelopes as well as the reasonable turnaround for filling my order. I will be back for additional works of art!
First time shopper/buyer here. I bought a cute tank top for my Grad student roommate. My whole experience from placing the order to receiving the merchandise was stellar: easy, no problems. Best of all: the tank top with Yorkie on it in pink dress was exactly as pictured. It was very soft and looks adorable on my friend! I will definitely shop and buy here again.
I found a cool piece of wall art I wanted and had it shipped quickly and in good condition. The art is exactly what I wanted.
If we have to wear masks we might as well make it art. I received beautifully printed artwork as a mask. The masks were double layered and surprisingly light weight. My order came through quickly and I really enjoy telling people about the masks and the artist when they ask where I got it.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
