I have left 4 emails over the last 6 weeks, and talked to the answering service twice (they know nothing and cannot help you, they just answer the phone and tell you to email them!) no one has answered or called back. I really liked being on here the site looks great and was easy to set up, but if I can't get help I'll have to leave.
I loved the opportunity to choose art from Havenlight. I am able to have affordable prints that bring me joy and peace. You need to go to the site to see for yourself and you will be glad you did!
Was very happy with the face masks I ordered. They are artistic and really nice.
I discovered FineArtAmerica thanks to an artist which I knew was great and he works with FineArtAmerica so my experience became even better (i started following them on fb and Ig, they are that good :) ) even if they are shipping from all over the world, you can think of them as your friend knocking on your door in few days with your favourite piece of art ;) Communication and delivery in art, they choosed really well they're field.
Fine Art America has a website that is easy to navigate and has a vast collection of art and apparel. I was able to easily maneuver around the site and find what I wanted. I get a lot of compliments on the items I have purchased. I recommend Fine Art America to all my friends and family.
The two face masks I ordered from Douglas Pittman through Fine Art America we're just as illustrated on the web site. I am 100% satisfied with the way Fine Art America's web site processed my order and kept me aware of the shipping process. I will definitely consider Fine Art America again for my artistic needs.
Site was easy to use. The items I ordered were better quality than I expected!
Beautiful photographs... good job on transposing them to masks.
Received two masks. They are very well made and I was extremely happy! Delivery was fast too. Highly recommend!,
I love the masks and am pleased for such a wide variety of items. Lovely and well made.
I was taken back by the quality of this purchase. I never expected it to be superb in every way. I would highly recommend Fine Art America!
I have a cousin on the other side of the country who is a rabid Freddie fan. I purchased several cards with different artists' versions of his portrait to send to my cousin throughout the year, including a custom made birthday greeting on one of them. They all exceed my expectations and my cousin LOVED the first one she received. I recently sent another to help raise her spirits during the pandemic and await her rave reviews. I highly recommend FineArtAmerica and am happy to support their artists.
FineArtAmerica provides a platform for amazing artists and photographers, and when you find something you like, it's available in many forms and price ranges. I have bought a large framed photograph from them in the past, and the quality of their work was excellent, right down to the way it was packaged for shipping, and the pricing is very reasonable. Most recently, I bought a pair of face masks as a gift--also beautiful and well-made. So their attention to detail is not just limited to the higher-priced products. They don't slack on any part of the process. I'm very impressed, and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this company.
I love the way I have so many options within a certain category. Many times I have searched a greeting card, and have been delighted to find it available as a yoga mat for example.
It really does come down to the bountiful options on offer. As for the items themselves, I have not been let down, everything I have purchased has been as described and faultless in both delivery and presentation. Summing up FAA, I am just really pleased that they exist as a fine and professional business model, one which I am happy to use with full confidence.
The Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal card has beautiful color and nice card stock weight. This image shows Mary radiating her graces over the world while determined and unafraid she confronts evil by squashing it with her bare feet.
I have purchased several masks from FineArtAmerica. They are unique - great selection.
FineArtAmerica has not sold one single painting for a California community of well-known and award-winning Artists. When many of our members had log-in problems I received (as webmistress) a snotty non-response from Abbie of "Community and Technical Support Manager" refusing to solve their software problems. STAY WITH SAATCHI, ARTPAL, REDBUBBLE and others. Forget FAA, who has the sheer audacity to send an e-mail saying they will not fix the problem.
Small sitting/ guest room with Murphy bed. Desert theme. This print really pulls the room together. I also have several framed cards by this artist.
Beautiful whale print for our beach condo. Understated and elegant and the colors really pop. Highly recommended
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
