FineArtAmerica has an extensive collection and large variety of art available, and they provide many options for sizing and framing. I have purchased several pieces of art in the last few years, and FineArtAmerica has consistently provided good service and quick shipping. They are the BEST online source for fine art!
This site hosts a favorite friend who is a photographer - I was able to order her artwork on items for holiday giving - mugs, prints, carryall bags. Every item was made in the USA and each was excellent construction clearly showing my friends artwork. Shipping was easy. Shopping was easy. I will be back!
I have gotten several mats from fine art America and I am never disappointed! You can get anything imaginable on a yoga mat and it's always well done and shipping is fatst! Definitely not your typical boring yoga mat!
More people need to know about Fine Art America for its huge collection of gorgeous art prints and photos for all kinds of purposes. I go there for covers for my iPhones. You can't get that kind of high quality selection anyplace else. I highly recommend Fine Art America.

BEWARE: THIS SITE DOES NOT HONOR ITS DISCOUNT OFFERS. The banner across the top of the page proclaimed, "20% off all wall art! Today only! Offer ends tonight at midnight EST." However, when I placed the image in my cart, the discount was not applied. When I called Customer Service to report this, they said they couldn't help me and that I would have to e-mail Tech Support, which I did. Of course, Tech Support didn't write back until a few days later, and when they did, they said they wouldn't honor the discount, since it had expired at midnight on the day that I placed the item in my cart! I wrote back, explaining that I had tried to place the order on the day when the discount was active, but it had not been applied, and that because the error was theirs, they should honor the discount. They wrote back, refusing to honor the discount and suggesting that I cancel the order. I can't believe they were actually willing to lose a $500 order just to save less than $40 (the approximate amount of the discount). This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not order from Fine Art America ever again.
Shopping through the FineArtAmerica site was easy to navigate, but difficult to decide on the purchase because of all the beautiful art work available. I finally made my decision. The art I ordered was large so I was very pleased when it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I love my new painting and never tire of looking at it. I was initially looking for something to hang in another room,, but this gets pride of place in the living room over the fireplace now. I have had compliments from all who have seen it. I'll be shopping again w/ FineArtAmerica as I still need help for that other room.:-)
I was able to find the artist and print I wanted quickly. The print was printed on high quality paper with true colors and is lovely.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
