I bought a number of gifts from FineArtofAmerica. I was very pleased eith the quality, delivery and price. I bought a Ronald Reagan face mask for my father. I also bought artwork specific to the town I grew up in for my brother. I doubt I could. Have found these gifts any place else.

We were looking for an ocean-themed print for our bathroom remodel. I already had a frame that I wanted to use, just needed the right print--a painting of sandpipers on the beach. I quickly found just the right one! There were plenty of selections to choose from, something for anyone's taste.
The print came rolled in a sturdy tube, and the paper it was printed on was thick and of good quality. I feel the price was very reasonable, too. My shopping experience on this site was easy and trouble-free. I will likely purchase from them again in the future.
I have purchased a gorgeous shower curtain, quite a few masks and several coffee mugs from Fine Art America and I am always happy and in fact, thrilled when I see the finished product. I get comments on the gorgeous shower curtain and am asked questions about the masks. One of the great thing about the masks is that it is two layers and if one wants, a more traditional mask can fit in there to provide double protection. I have given 8 or so to my daughter because she must travel for work. Everything is created and delivered in a timely manner and the quality is at a 5-star level. I have also purchased several pieces of art. Yes, I am a huge fan of Fine Art America!
So far, I have purchased two pieces of art from FineArtAmerica. I am very pleased with their selection of unique, quality pieces. Also, the framing is very well done. Finally, the delivery was speedy and the pieces came well packed. I am planning to buy two more pieces in the next month.

Whole process was very easy online. I had previously ordered a similar shower curtain from a different company and when I got it weeks later it looked nothing no like the photo so I returned it and ordered this one. This shower curtain looks exactly as it should and is beautiful quality. Also important was that the colors were accurately represented in the photo online. The shower curtain is for a bathroom remodel and colors were really important to me. Totally happy with this shopping experience and the product and will order from Fine Art America again and recommend it t to others as well.

After emailing one of the artists for more info on the photograph, was given an amazing email detailing day, location and time of the photo with background info on the artist and his connection to Waldo.

I have been on the hunt for something "cool" to hang in our home office... the wall is the backdrop for countless Webex and Zoom calls, and it was lacking some "pop". So I stumbled across FineArtAmerica... which has a great collection of Formula One-related prints. I ordered a print that shows all of the current Grand Prix circuits, and it is the perfect addition to the office. The quality of the print, matting and frame are excellent. It arrived on time and was extremely well wrapped to avoid damage. I've already gotten a number of compliments on it, and it has only been on the wall for two days. I look forward to my next purchase from FineArt.

This is the third print I have ordered from Fine Art America. I have found the prints to be exactly as described. The colors and paper are high quality and priced very reasonably. Delivery has always been on time and packaging is excellent protection. I highly recommend this company.
I have ordered pillows, shower curtains, and a canvas picture. The experience with FineArtAmerica couldn't be better. The quality of product is outstanding and it is unique. I couldn't find these products anywhere else, I can always find what I need. The colors, sizes, and pattern are exactly as described. I am never disappointed with my purchase!

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
