Shopping for wall art was fun on FineArtAmerica. And they filled the order and shipped it very quickly. The sad part, though, is that I know an artist whose work can be purchased on FineArtAmerica, and she says the artists do not receive very much for their work. So that's the improvement I would like to see FineArtAmerica make. Give the artists a larger percentage, please. Without them, you'd have nothing.

This is an awful service and website, I would very strongly advise not to buy from them at all and find another store or website to buy art from. My mam ordered a Jack B. Yeats canvas of The Liffey Swim for my Dad as a Christmas present on the 7th of December, allowing plenty to receive it for Christmas. After receiving no word on the whereabouts of the canvas, we had to email multiple times in which, we had to reconfirm our address and they stated a replacement was on the way. However, we have received no word concerning the whereabouts of the canvas since the 15th of January and it is the 29th of March now. We have sent multiple emails regarding the canvas to no answer and have not been refunded the money we paid either. We have been informing and warning our family and friends to avoid this service, as the customer care and service have been absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered my canvas picture of a Roseate Spoonbill and the process was quick and my picture came nicely protected and packaged with care.
Name says it all, I was buying during a sale, which meant that the prices that are already competetive with other websites were straight up way better. Shipping to the netherlands is also way cheaper and faster than other sites that offer the art I was looking for. I immediately bought two artworks because of this!

$31.29 to deliver it's fine, but a 37% extra charges on top of that for Ups custom charges to deliver To Canada ($37.39) it's ridiculous.
On top of that UPS never showed up at my door nor attempt to deliver as oppose to what's mentioned on their site.

Heard so many good things about the store and when i was planning a redecoration of my flat, i decideded to go for it! I really really was impressesv with the decorum choice proposed to the consumers. Incredibly nice store.
FineArtAmerica advertises that they will refund a purchase if for ANY reason the customer is unhappy with it, BUT this is really NOT true. Obviously they do not want to give refunds.
If you want a refund, do not follow the instruction to mail back the print. Instead: just rip it up and take a photo of the ripped up print, and then send to fineArtAmerica the photo of the ripped up print using FineArtAmerica's Help page.
FineArtAmerica has given me the permission to do this, and I have successfully gotten my refunds in this way. For prints was was unhappy with. This procedure has worked well for me.
It seems that they really do not want to receive back an intact print that you do not want. Apparently they are simply not set up for storing and later retrieving prints that were mailed back to FineArtAmerica.
Very pleased with the speed the order was filled. Also like all of the products that are available.
I bought a number of gifts from FineArtofAmerica. I was very pleased eith the quality, delivery and price. I bought a Ronald Reagan face mask for my father. I also bought artwork specific to the town I grew up in for my brother. I doubt I could. Have found these gifts any place else.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
