I really enjoyed browsing for a few days (3-4hrs) to find the perfect pictures for my remodeled bathroom. I am an artist but not a painter or professional photographer. I found the quality of the work at FineArtAmerica to be excellent. The pictures came in a timely way too. The artwork makes the whole remodel worth while.
From the many mugs offered, I was able to find one that called out to me.
We love this painting of the Little White House on Lake Barcroft as we loved the house and the folks who lived there. Karen Swenholt did a great job of capturing it.
I was searching for a card depicting Ocean City, NJ beach and found the perfect beach scene in this Artist's rendering.
I sent this card to a family member with a home there to thank them for their hospitality and sharing happy days on Ocean City's beach.
I love Kim Bemis art because it focuses a lot on my favorite area, the Maryland and Delaware shores. Fine Art America has a lot of wonderful images and items to chose.
My prints arrived on schedule and in excellent condition. They are out to be framed as I write this review. I have ordered more prints and if they are as good as the first, I'll be very happy. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
I was very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped to me within a week and packaged beautifully to avoid damage in transit. The quality of the enlarged photo is excellent, even though I had it enlarged to 60 x 42, and the framing is top notch, especially for a work that large.
I was pleased with how quick I received my items and how nicely boxed the puzzles were. My only complaint is how expensive the shipping is.
Very great experience I will definitely buy from them again.
Just got back from Ocean City NJ and Atlantic City NJ on both Beaches so many people stop me asking were did I get my Tshirts from and I told them to go on line to FineArt America

I found the site with a search of a Frank Zappa coffee mug. Once I got to the site I was totally amazed at what I found. I had no idea the amount of stuff that is available. I was blown away when I found Dave Clark Five merchandise. I could never find the Five's merchandise until now. Not only did I buy more coffee cups, but also two t-shirts. I am already looking at blankets and throws and holy smokes you just about name it. Very happy I found this site. Of course I saved it.

The FineArtAmerica website ‘boasts' 24/7 customer service. I called for help, and to take advantage of a promo. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep; she was not in the least bit helpful and offered zero advice about frames/mattes to coordinate with a print. I sent an email to ask for help since it was too difficult to work with matte colors on the computer (recent cataract surgery). Per phone conversation and email next day my matte colors were wrong (cool not warm). An employee gave correct warm matte colors but the company would not honor the promo from the previous day, for the corrected order - even though their employee failed to provide requested info on the first call the previous day.
I recently ordered a 14x14 canvas wrap from FAA. The quality of the print was excellent and I got my order in 3 days! Very happy customer!
Quick delivery, nice guidance on selections for framing in the website. Beautiful product. I wish I had looked for a non glare glass option to cut down on reflections.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
