The prints were great but terrible customer service. They made a mistake, fixing it took forever, were not willing to accommodate any changes even though it made no difference to them after they made a mistake, took forever to respond.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from FineArtAmerica for delivery to the U.K. But gave it a go anyways.
Excellent service, tracking was very helpful. Puzzle is good quality, arrived within a couple of weeks.

I have purchased numerous greeting cards from FineArtAmerica, I love doing so because I can pick out a very unique card under any subject and then individualize it with my own thoughts and words. The cards are sent and received quickly in a sturdy mailer.
The recipients of my cards always let me know how much they enjoy my cards (and I always tell them where to find them!).
Being a music lover I have purchased many photos of musicians from Fine Art America. I must tell you everything I have received from them not only has been exactly as advertised but has been beautifully framed and mounted. I Could not recommend this company more.
The quality and design were great along with the quick turnaround time from order to delivery. The envelope enclosed made it efficient for sending as well.
I ordered two jigsaw puzzles from FineArtAmerica to pass the time during snowy days.
The photo selection was vast, and I was able to find two beautiful pictures of Waterville Valley, NH, where I summered last year.
The puzzles arrived very quickly, within a week or so. The puzzle quality is superb - the pieces fit together tightly, often with a satisfying little "click" as they fit in. These are not cheap, thin pieces.
Further, the print quality on the puzzle was excellent. Beautiful colors, lots of shading (important for big vast spaces like sky) and no peeling.
If I had one negative comment, it is that the pieces are pretty generic puzzle shapes - nothing too "out there" in these puzzles. But that's a minor quibble and the puzzles I picked were pretty hard due to the pictures chosen.
These are a little pricey and S&H seemed a bit high for an online purchase, but all in all well worth it. Maybe not a purchase I could make every week, but a nice little "splurge".
I was a little hesitant ordering because I had never heard of this company before. However, I wanted to get a mug with a Pallus Cat on it and they had them available. I wasn't disappointed! Once I ordered they kept me updated as to the status of my order and I could track it's location. I recommend this company and would definitely order from them again!
Website says pics will ship in 3-4 days. Its been 11 with nothing and no one reaching out to tell me its delayed. I reached out and am told it is now 14 business days which is 3 weeks. Vast difference from 3-4 days. Password does not hold either. Have to reset it EVERY time i log in. This company is a joke. Curious to see what my $1200.00 actually gets me as i ordered a large piece that I am being charged over $300 to ship. I recommend people look elsewhere. Stay tuned for updates.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
