I love being able to do searches to find the perfect piece of artwork for my law firm.
It was easy to order the art piece and it came in a good frame and on quality paper. I really liked the choices of art - something for everyone.
I ordered a couple of pictures by Joey Waves. I received them in perfect condition and very promptly. I am very pleased with them.
I purchased a painting of the ferry at Balboa Island. I have always loved balboa and it's charming ferry. So looking for a painting of same I came across the one at fine art America. It was special and I ordered it framed and matted. When it arrived I was more than satisfied with the painting/frame/mat. I especially liked that a wire was placed on the back for hanging. Often the wire is not included. Thank you for a good experience!
Ordered, received quickly and was exactly what we ordered
Very pleased with the purchase of my print. Quality is excellent. Shipping was fast and well packaged.
Very easy site to use. Pictures are beautiful. Can't wait to get my next picture.
Wow, great selection of art at affordable prices. Quick shipping. All around great experience.
The pillow I received was an incorrect color. I paid 12:50 for shipping and they wanted the same to ship it back. The whole pillow was $30. They thought telling me to destroy the pillow and sending them s picture was a reasonable request. How dare they. I would have been more than willing to exchange it for another pillow! I am donating it to habitat! And this company can keep their damn money. Despicable!
The process was easy, The delivery was quick and the item was exactly what we were after.
FineArtAmerica is my go to for art reprints. My favorite local artist joined them and I started ordering and I haven't stopped! I bought Christmas presents and decorated my new office and it all looks amazing, arrived it perfect condition. I've had compliments on my office decor daily!
Pro's and cons of my experience
PRO'S
-A.MAZING selection
-delivered very efficiently and wrapped up very very small!
-came in a reasonable amount of time
-response time by email from customer service has been great
CON'S
-I don't get very many promo's or there don't seem to be many sales or discounts
-I find it hard to see 'new' arrivals, it would be so cool to get emailed a 'selection' of one's choice to get notified of new
-logging in is just bizarre. I have a tendancy to forget my password. No prob. I create a new one. IF I do remember, it never seems to work the next time. There are no prompts to the 'requirements' of the password as per usual on most sites. So, who knows, what I'm missing or!? Small annoyance, but would be great if it worked out better if I could just log in. But even if I create a new one, and I then log out, then log in knowing exactly what it was, it doesn't work. Just odd!
Thanks
We've bought 2 things from fine art America and really loved both pieces. The only strange thing is that when you first look something up it gives you a discount and says it is site wide up until a certain time. Then it disappears and you can't get it anymore unless you access the site through a different account.
When I received my picture, there was a visible indentation on the print. When I contact Fine Art America, I was asked what I wanted done and to send them more pictures. What a waste of time and money. I am wishing that I had looked elsewhere..
I ordered a large framed canvas but when it arrived it had been damaged in shipping. FineArtAmerica customer service resolved the problem promptly. I would definitely order from them again in the future.
In an age where almost everything I purchase doesn't always consist
Of the best quality, it's a breath of fresh air to experience the great quality
And unique products offered by "Fine Art".
FineArtAmerica offer an astonishing range of products around art. I ordered a beach towel with a reproduction of a 19th century painting. The picture quality is excellent, as is the material of the towel. I was also pleased with the delivery time from the US to England.
No issues, lots of selection, easily processed, quickly received. I've ordered two fleece blankets now from an artist friend I've known online for years. Blankets and the art on them is unique and beautiful.
Very good quality stretched canvas print. Liked the semi-gloss finish.
I have become interested in Seraphine Louis after watching a movie about her life. I was able to purchase a blanket with one of her paintings on it. Not only is it warm and beautiful, but it also arrived very quickly.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
