I was disappointed with the print Digital Deity which depicted Adam and Eve. The nude images are distorted with blurred bars that makes the print unacceptable for display within my collectibles. Other items purchased were much better.

I love my two prints. I had them matted and framed by fine art. It was easy to pick out on line. The colors are true to what is pictured. Price was very good too with great quality of materials.

This has been my third transaction with this company. Always pleased with the results. The customer service really helped to achieve exactly what I wanted. However, the last two took longer to receive than the first, not sure if it was because it was a multiple order or medium. I had to call and ask if it had been shipped. Otherwise, excellent!
I purchased an iPhone case using FineArt America. I knew I loved the artwork (Melissa D'Ortenzio does beautiful work), but was impressed when I received the final product. The artwork looked great, and the phone case was sturdy and practical. What a great deal!
On FineArtAmerica I found the best looking note cards to send out, as thank you, on behalf of my dog when she receives gifts. People ask me where I found those cards and Im happy to tell them and let them know that they will be contributing to artists as well.

I ordered a tote from FineArtAmerica which I am extremely pleased with! The print on my tote is great. FineArtAmerica took the order, kept me posted about what was happening and then let me know when it was shipped. They were extremely quick in getting this order to me. My experience with them was excellent!
Their website is easy to navigate and prices are reasonable. Have ordered from them for several years and always a good experience.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
