I never purchased inspired Chanel items. For I am a die hard fan... and only buy Authentic Chanel. But, low and behold when I stumbled up on Fine Art website and seen what could be done to just pillows or wall art? I knew I had to do somthing. So I purchased 2 of thee Chanel inspired throw pillows and when they arrived they were EVERYTHING! Can't No 1 person come in my bedroom without complimenting or askin who and where did I get them from... They are ABSOLUTELY Beautiful. I will purchase from them again.

Fine Art America has been a great company to do business with. I like the idea of being able to "try out" different sizes, frames, mats & paper. Many choices are available. I am so very disappointed with this company and their level of customer service! It has taken them 2 weeks to send a birthday card to my fiance (2 blasted weeks) and to date it still has not arrived, I dont care if I am spending $5 dollars or $500 dollars! There is much to be said for customer service and how this company handles their customers! I will NOT order from them again!

I was referred to artwork by Greg Olsen on the FineArtAmerica website. I ordered the piece titled, "Walk With Me" for returning Missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It sends the perfect message to each encouraging them to continue their walk with our Savior following their Missions. FineArtAmerica lived up to every expectation I had. The online ordering process was simple (which helps me!), the site notified me when the art shipped and included an easily accessed tracking number. The pricing is fair. The art always arrived in perfect condition. It don't think it even jiggles in shipment. Will continue using FineArtAmerica.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
